The use of electromagnetic vibration generation technology,magnetostrictive inductive vibration generator in traditional power supply power supply network can not small power equipment widely used,while the low voltage,self starting and efficient energy harvesting control circuit is the key sensitive vibration generator output power can effectively use,which has important practical and theoretical significance study on it.In this paper,electromagnetic,magnetostrictive vibration generator with inductive impedance characteristics,design of single stage AC-DC vibration energy harvesting control circuit,the input side of the single-stage AC-DC converter output rectifier side and loss of in-depth analysis,the design of the control circuit of the PI feedback control module,startup circuit and auxiliary circuit,primary the chip in the circuit model and component value.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the electromagnetic vibration power generator,tuning the control parameters of the single-stage AC-DC vibration energy harvesting circuit;the electromagnetic vibration generator as an ideal voltage source.The simulation shows that the designed AC-DC rectifier converter,feedback control circuit,starting circuit performance,indicate that the circuit operating in continuous conduction mode no,even when the load resistance from 1k?change to 3k?,but also the realization of the anti charging starting circuit,and the 0.4V low voltage generator output steady control to 3.3V.After that,the established equivalent circuit model of the magnetostrictive vibration generator,the circuit simulation model agree well with the experimental results show that the model is effective;the output characteristics of the generator set,the control parameters of each module of the single-stage AC-DC vibration energy harvesting circuit,and the establishment of a magnetostrictive vibration energy collection system circuit simulation software,the generator and the energy harvesting control circuit in the bi-directional coupling of machine and electricity simulation.The generator can control the load voltage steadily to 3.3V by the energy harvesting circuit under the excitation acceleration of a0=0.5g.Finally,a single-stage AC-DC vibration energy harvesting and control circuit is designed,fabricated and tested.The feasibility and practicability of the designed control circuit is verified.The research work has an important guiding role for the application and development of electromagnetic and magnetostrictive inductive vibration power generation technology in practice.
