Analysis Of The Reuse Of The Modern Industrial Heritage In Tangshan

Industrial heritage as the carrier of urban industrial civilization.The protection of industrial heritage in the process of urban development is the only way.In recent years,China's industrial were restructuring.It was leading to be idle and demolished.Many academic predecessors were studied on specific cases,value recognition,multi-perspective and so on.Tangshan as one of the earliest modern industrial and resource-based coastal cities in China.Its modern industrial heritage are the main part of the development of modern industry.However,the industrial heritage of Tangshan are also facing the situation of being abandoned and disappeared.Therefore,the protection of industrial heritage in Tangshan is an urgent task.This article is mainly based on the principle of modern industrial heritage grading in Tangshan and proposed hierarchical protection.First,the basis of the guiding ideology and five principles of the holistic protection,different levels of industrial heritage were proposed protection strategy.Second,based on historical facts,by the urban research,then it analyses the development process and value of Tangshan modern industrial heritage.Third,it summarizes the main types of features and reuse.So it provides a structural basis for the hierarchical protection strategy in Tangshan.The article is divided into four parts:First of all,Tangshan has important historical of industrial heritage.Then,analyzing historical development of industrial from historical perspective,for: Westernization Movement before,the rise of the Westernization Movement to the liberation of Tangshan,the liberation so far.Next its value are reflected in history,society,research,architecture,art,emotion,economy and reuse.Secondly,by visiting,taking pictures and recording,Tangshan's modern industrial heritage list and spatial distribution are clearly rendered.The characteristics from the nature of industry,planning and layout,architectural structure,space,style and decorative details are summarized.Its the main types of reuse are expo center mode,urban open space model,comprehensive open model.Then,put forward three levels protection suggestion to Tangshan modern industrialheritage.And in view of different levels of protection strategies proposed from macro,meso and micro level,the paper provides theoretical support for the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in Tangshan City and other regions.
