| Since the adoption of the lower tagir Charter on the protection of industrial heritage by the 12th International Industrial Heritage Protection Committee in 2003,industrial heritage has officially become a new type of world cultural heritage.Western countries have begun to explore the protection and reuse of industrial heritage,which has brought positive social and economic benefits.Then the consciousness of industrial heritage protection in China began to wake up.Many cities began to explore the practice of industrial heritage transformation and reuse,which has achieved certain results,and some classic and successful practice cases such as "Beijing 798" emerged.With the increasing concern from all walks of life,there are also the use status,benefit evaluation,safety and quality evaluation and sustainable development of related projects,among which the post use evaluation of the built environment related to project users is particularly important.The predecessor of Jinhuagong National Mine Park in Datong is Jinhuagong mine,which was founded in 1956.In the past ten years after protection and reuse,the successful ecological restoration and industrial transformation have brought many positive social and economic benefits.However,from the perspective of its long-term development,it is also necessary to evaluate the built environment of the park after use An initiative.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to provide its "tailor-made" evaluation system and optimization strategy,provide direction and strategy for future park optimization,provide new ideas for park management,and also hope to attract the attention of decision makers,designers and managers,provide more intuitive feedback for the protection and reuse of the same type of industrial heritage in the future,to a certain extent In the later decision-making and operation of the project,we can think more from the perspective of users.In the early stage of this paper,first of all,the Industrial Heritage Reuse of Jinhuagong Coal Mine in Datong,Shanxi Province is analyzed based on the scale level of protection and reuse countermeasures,which fills the gap in the basic research of this project.Then,the post use evaluation system of Jinhuagong Coal Mine Industrial Heritage is established,in which the common evaluation factors are determined by reading and summarizing the literature,referring to the evaluation system of Industrial Heritage Reuse built in the existing research,the characteristic evaluation factors are proposed in combination with the characteristics of Jinhuagong Coal Mine Industrial heritage itself,combining with the qualitative and quantitative methods such as Delphi method and AHP.It includes six primary evaluation factors:Road and traffic,building and space,park and environment,supporting facilities,place and culture,management and service,and 22 secondary evaluation factors corresponding to them.After that,the evaluation system is reflected in the form of questionnaire and distributed to the users,and the collected data and evaluation results are statistically analyzed to summarize the existing problems after the Industrial Heritage Reuse of Jinhuagong Coal Mine in Datong.According to the evaluation results,following the overall optimization objectives and principles,starting from the existing problems,combined with the park’s own characteristics and relevant reference cases,to provide strategies and methods for the future promotion and optimization of the Industrial Heritage Reuse of Jinhuagong Coal Mine in Datong. |
