Post Occupancy Evaluation And Optimization Strategies Of The Waterfront Industrial Heritages In Hangzhou Qiaoxi Historic District

With the increasing promotion of the western industrial heritage protection theory,the protection and reuse of industrial heritage research and practice in China is becoming more and more mature,but on the protection and reuse of the industrial heritage in historic district still exists some problems.When the historic district is renewed,the industrial heritage in the district is considered to be inconsistent with the style of the historic district,most of them were finally removed.Under this background,this paper uses post occupancy evaluation,taking the waterfront industrial heritage in Hangzhou Qiaoxi historic district as the research object,and analyzes its successful experience and existing problems,then optimizes it,and discusses the way how to reuse the waterfront industrial heritage in historic district,and provides the scientific basis for the future optimization and reuse of the same type industrial heritage.This paper analyzes the dynamic factors,characteristics and existing problems of the reuse of the waterfront heritage in the historic district,and introduces the basic situation of the Hangzhou Qiaoxi historic district and the post occupancy evaluation theory.According to the previous research,this paper draws the lessons of evaluation factors about the reuse of industrial heritage constructed by the relevant scholars,combined with the characteristics of the waterfront industrial heritage,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation system of the waterfront industrial heritage reuse in Hangzhou Qiaoxi historic district,which includes road traffic,building space,public space,supporting facilities and place culture.Based on the evaluation system,the questionnaire is designed,then through the analysis of the evaluation results by the software such as SPSS and Excel,the paper summarizes the successful experience and the existing problems of the reuse of the waterfront industrial heritage in Hangzho u Qiaoxi historic district.In view of the existing problems,the overall optimization principles and objectives are proposed.Finally,drawing on the successful experiences of related industrial heritage reconstruction,the corresponding optimization strat egies are put forward from the five aspects of road traffic,building space,public space,supporting facilities and site culture respectively.The author hopes that through the study of the reuse of waterfront industrial heritage in Hangzhou Qiaoxi historic district,this paper summarizes the renovation strategy of the waterfront industrial heritage in some historica district,in order to promote the further development of Hangzhou Qiaoxi historic district,and provides the reference and inspiration for the protection and reuse of waterfront industrial heritage in other historic districts,and it also supplements relevant research contents.
