Ocean drilling platforms are subject to heave motions due to factors such as sea breeze and sea waves.The bit pressure will fluctuate greatly if the heave compensation is ineffective.Even worse,drilling accidents occur.This paper focuses on this situation and researches the drawworks heave compensation rapid control prototyping for offshore drilling platform to ensure the safety of the system.According to the research status at home and abroad,the overall scheme of the electric drive drawwork heave compensation system was formulated.The numerical simulation of the sea waves under typical sea conditions was carried out.The energy spectrum analysis was used to analyze the PM spectrum to obtain a random sea wave simulation.The heave displacement of the offshore drilling platform was obtained to calculate the winch speed range and the minimum torque value.The classic PI vector control system for permanent magnet synchronous motor of winch was established using Matlab/Simulink.After the PI tuning work of the speed regulator and the coaxial and straight axis current regulator,the simulation analysis of the sudden speed change,sudden load change,and sea wave simulation is performed.The two-dimensional fuzzy controller is set into the speed loop for fuzzy control,and the fuzzy PI simulation results are compared with the classic PI.For inaccurate motor parameters,the motor offline parameter identification and online parameter identification work were performed by Matlab/Simulink and speed sensorless simulation system was established to estimate the speed,and analyze its stability,rapidity and steady-state error.The LINKS-RT hardware in the loop platform is used to verify the simulation algorithm,and the experimental results are compared with the simulation data to analyze the deviations and causes.In this paper,the heave compensation system for offshore drilling platform is researched through hardware in the loop simulation platform,which will provide the theoretical basis for the improvement and advancement of the electric winch compensation system.
