As an indispensable component to ensure the safety and breathing function of a fuel tank system,rollover valve is widely distributed in the fuel tank.As the demand in the automotive market continues to increase,the demand for production of rollover valve spools is also growing rapidly.However,due to the irregular shape of valve spools assembly parts,the special structure and the high precision of assembly work,the production of the spools is still in the manual assembly stage,which leads to the low production efficiency of the spools and unguaranteed product quality.According to the production requirements of different types of valve spool assembly,based on the theory of the modern automation assembly and the research of related product design,this subject develops a fully automatic assembly system of loading,assembling,transferring,testing and unloading.Firstly,based on the analysis and research on the structure and component composition of the rollover valve spools,and combined with the relevant theory of automation control,the overall design of the assembly system is completed.Also,the overall division of each automatic assembly unit function is completed and the mechanical structure and specific process flow of each unit are designed and sequenced.The distributed control scheme is determined that the touch screen is used as the upper computer,and the programmable controller(PLC)is used as the core controller to realize the control of the servo motor,cylinder and other actuators.Secondly,the basic requirements and main tasks of the assembly line control system are analyzed on the basis of the engineering practice of the structural part.The hardware system design based on PLC control and the software design of the whole control system are completed.The hardware configuration of the control system and the corresponding software functions are described in detail.The upper configuration software EasyBuilder8000 is used to realize the interaction between PLC and each assembly unit,and realize real-time monitoring,motion control and operation management of the entire assembly system.Thirdly,the related control strategies of the key indicators of the control system are studied,and the problems of the cooperation of the executing agencies are analyzed,and the program isoptimized and put into practice,which improves the assembly efficiency significantly.At the same time,a brief description of the functions such as real-time monitoring and fault alarm display.Finally,the manufacturing and processing of related parts,installation and wiring of the electrical system are completed,and the production is debugged.Experiments show that the equipment operation reliability rate is better than 97%,the qualified rate of assembled products reach 98% or more;The production cycle reaches 3.5s,the system runs continuously for 3months,the failure rate is 0.The production line is stable,reliable and efficient,meeting the production requirements and achieving the designed goal.
