With the continuous reform of railway freight transport,the planned freight transport has gradually transformed into a market-oriented transport mode oriented by transport services and the interests of freight owners.As a part of railway freight transportation,the layout of freight loading has an important impact on the safety and efficiency of freight transportation.However,the freight loading scheme is still based on manual experience,and the technical conditions of freight loading can not fully comply with the rules.Moreover,new cars used with an increasing frequency in recent years,the vehicle size,volume and loading technical conditions are different.The loading scheme can not be updated according to the new car,which can not guarantee the rationality and safety of loading.In addition,with the increasing demand of the national freight volume,general freight transport is occupied by large quantities of freights and modern logistics in line transport capacity.The freights can not be transported in time,which makes many products turn to higher cost highway transportation.Besides,the distribution of railway freight flow and flow direction is unbalanced,and many traditional small freight stations are idle.There is still a shortage of railway freight capacity,especially at the end of the freight terminal.There is still a shortage of railway freight capacity,especially in the end of the freight terminal stations.The optimization of railway freight loading layout is an effective way to ensure that the freight loading meets the technical conditions and ensures the safety of transportation.It can increase the efficiency of freight transportation under the condition of tight transport capacity.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the optimization scheme of railway freight loading layout.Firstly,this paper analyses the current situation of the shortage of freight capacity,starting from the concept and classification of the problem of freight loading layout,summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign literature on the layout strategy and layout model.On this basis,puts forward the layout optimization idea of the article.The three-dimensional freight loading layout problem is simplified into a two-dimensional loading layout stage and a one-dimensional layering stage by using stratification strategy.By analyzing the technical conditions of railway freight loading and the factors affecting of freight-car-line,the constraints and limitations of the freight loading layout model are determined.Taking the utilization ratio of vehicle volume and load,freight clearance and total center of gravity offset as optimization objectives,this paper establishes anoptimization model of multi-vehicle and Multi-freight loading layout.Finally,through the analysis and validation of the example,this paper explores the loading layout scheme which is more efficient,safer and more in line with the technical conditions of freight loading.The optimization of railway freight loading layout proposed in this paper effectively takes the efficiency and safety of freight transportation into account.Moreover,the arrangement of freight is more regular and more in line with the law of manual loading,which effectively reduces the hidden danger of traffic safety caused by excessive freight clearance,and to a certain extent reduces the cost of transport enterprises.To achieve the purpose of providing a safe,efficient and reasonable freight loading layout scheme for transport enterprises.
