With the increasing number of motor vehicles in cities in China,urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.Many cities in China have invested a lot of manpower and funds to build urban rail transit,which has achieved rapid development in a short time.However,due to the lack of experience in the process of promoting construction,there are problems such as planning,construction and operation between ground public transport and rail transit which are uncoordinated.It not only causes the waste of public transport resources,but also seriously affects the quality and level of urban public transport system.In this context,in order to strengthen the cooperation between the two modes of transportation and improve the level of urban public transport services,this paper studies the three forms of parallel cooperation,connection cooperation and emergency cooperation between ground bus lines and rail transit lines.Firstly,the characteristics of rail transit and ground public transport are analyzed,their functions in urban public transport system are determined,the attraction scope of urban rail transit is defined,and the definition and manifestation of competition and cooperation between two modes of public transport are given.Then,by introducing the OD analysis method of ground bus passenger flow under the influence of rail transit,this paper analyzes the factors and adjustment principles that need to be considered in the adjustment of ground bus under the cooperation of two modes of transportation,and presents the qualitative adjustment strategies of ground bus under the three situations of parallel cooperation,connection cooperation and emergency cooperation.Finally,for the three adjustment strategies,the collinear length model of parallel lines and the average bus stop spacing model of collinear segments are given.Based on the passenger flow balance of adjacent rail stations,the bus line model of connecting bus lines is improved,and the model of transit crossing in downward emergency section of emergency situation is given,and the solving methods of the model are given respectively.
