In recent years,with the significant improvement of the national strategic capabil ity level of high-speed railway system,the high-speed railway network has continued to maintain large-scale construction,and the flow of passenger transportation has gra dually shifted to high-speed railway,the capacity of the existing railway has been gr eatly released,the original railway freight transportation system and the overall freigh t transportation environment have also been greatly changed,which puts forward high er requirements for improving the quality and efficiency of China's railway transporta tion system.As a node in the railway network,the technical station plays an importa nt role in connecting the various sections.The technical station capability has always been expressed in the form of “fixed value”,and it cannot effectively reveal the dy namic adaptability of the capability and it is difficult for the railway operation mana gement department to grasp the changing laws of capabilities.This paper starts with analyzing the spatio-temporal characteristics of the technical station,aiming at reveali ng the volatility and randomness of the capability,and studies the coordination of th e technical station subsystem.Firstly,this paper summarizes the congestion characteristics of the technical stati on operating system from the two dimensions of time and space,analyzes the push-p ull effect between the technical station systems,and uses the ICP algorithm idea to c alculate the delay time of each subsystem,which is verified by the queuing system model.It lays a foundation for revealing the capability utilization connotation of the technical station and exploring the coordination degree between the operating systems.Furthermore,the influencing factors of the technical station capability are analyze d,and the three-parameter interval number is applied to the technical station capabilit y representation.By adding in grey number theory,the interval expansion degree is r educed.Then,the definition of relaxation ability,balance ability and contraction abilit y are proposed,and the capability range is determined by JAB interval estimation m ethod.Finally,considering the static and dynamic coordination of the technical station s ystem,this paper constructs Technical Station Subsystem Capability Coordination and Configuration Model.And the multi-objective function is simplified by the efficiency coefficient method,the uncertainty parameters in the objective function and the diffi cult constraints are processed by the interval analysis theory.The dynamic adaptation method of the capability is realized to adapt to the development trend of the future traffic flow control.In the empirical aspect,taking Zhengzhou North Marshalling Station as the exam ple,the occupation time of train technical operation was classified and summarized,a nd the station capability was analyzed.Based on this,the coordination degree of the Zhengzhou North Marshalling Station system was calculated,and some suggestions fo r improving the station production efficiency and ensuring the system coordinated ope ration were given.
