| With the rapid development of local economy is at a high speed, the old railway line transformation and the new line to be built and opened to traffic. The traffic flow of Technical Railway Station are also increasing rapidly. Meanwhile, The capacity of railway station tends to saturation and the capacity of the Arriving and departing System,Breaking-up and Sorting System and Freight Transport System can not meet the demand of growth of transportation. In order to improve the capacity to connect the point to line,improve the transport organization efficiency, and adapt to the development of urban economy, we should implement the expansion of the Technical Railway Station immediately.In this paper,combining with theoretical analysis and actual Planning,mainly studies the Technical Railway Station from the following aspects:Chapter one: Analyzing the Capacity investigating-determining of the Technical Railway Station. On the basis of previous research, we put forward a method of improving the utilization algorithm on imbalanced transportation conditions, and calculates the final capacity of the Technical Railway Station.Chapter two: Combining with the development of the general plan of the district and the annual peripheral of road network, according to the Passenger and Freight Volume in recent years, we use the GM ( 1,1 ) model to predict the volume of the Passenger and Freight Volume of recent and forward stations. Set up the Logit model to solve the railway’s sharing rate under comprehensive transportation system, and to determine the near and forward volume of the regional railway. And then work out the station workload of recent and forward time by the train operation plan, the transportation organization scheme, and the number of train pairs connected in each direction.Chapter three: According to the principle of railway station reconstruction, through the analysis of the existing status of Technical Railway Station,combining with forecast of transportation volume in the year. We raise some options about the technical transformation of Technical Railway Station is based on the function positioning, transportation organization division and traffic organization, station types selection, station yard size and so on. And then combining with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, we use the multi-index decision-making method with index weight and index value information are both not completely determine the value,to establish the target model to determine which is the recommended option. Finally, we further improve the recommendations from the two aspects of transport organizations and implementation of the scheme, So that the final plan is more reasonable and feasible. |
