In 2015,the State Council issued the " Outline for the Promotion of Big Data Development”,which proposed to use technologies such as big data and cloud computing to integrate knowledge in various fields to establish a national knowledge service platform and a knowledge resource service center to form a major area covering the national economy.A reasonable and interconnected national knowledge service system provides more accurate and high-level knowledge services for production and life,and improves the production and supply capacity of China’s knowledge resources.In the above macro background,the phenomenon of "knowledge anxiety also occurs in social life.People’s information about overload will think that their knowledge reserves are not enough,and they can’t keep up with the information iteration,thus creating nervous and anxious emotions.The use of the convenience of the mobile intelligent segment of knowledge products has evolved into the mobile learning phase,breaking the limitations of previous learning content,learning time,and learning space.This paper analyzes the fit between Constructivism Learning Theory and Interaction design theory,and establishes a comprehensive product design method framework combining the two.I hope that with this design method,it is more in line with the instructional design when moving interactive product design,and it also meets the needs of mobile knowledge learning users.First of all,the author analyzes and summarizes the functional structure,user usage process,interface layout,color and icon design of the two knowledge service products.Through the analysis and summary of other existing product cases,this paper proposes the situational environment principle,social Interaction principle and self-construction principle of mobile knowledge service product design based on Constructivism learning environment,and provides research ideas for the next user behavior research.Then,through the research on the user characteristics of mobile knowledge service products,user questionnaires,user observations and interviews,user character modeling,user scene script design and other methods were used to explore user needs.Through user research,we have learned about the expectations of users and the users who have actually used the products,the motivations for use,and the problems in use.The users are divided into new users,general users and expert users.By establishing user character model,the user function and emotional needs are put forward,which provides a design basis for the design practice of mobile knowledge service products.Finally,combined with the actual project-knower APP design,the mobile knowledge service photo was designed and practiced.After the organizational function structure,Interaction design,and visual design are completed,the qualified users are recruited for design evaluation.According to the evaluation results,it is judged that the design meets the requirements and expectations,and it is feasible to verify that the Constructivism is used in the design.
