With the continuous development of the new form of "Internet +" economic,Product Intelligence has become an inevitable trend.The intelligence of retail terminals will also change people’s consumption experience.On the other hand,big data and cloud computing technologies have great potential in various fields.through big data and the Internet,Restructuring the sales and operation model of the "people,goods,and field" scene will also become the mainstream of the future retail industry.Under such a background,traditional retail terminals will not meet people’s higher-level demands for consumption.This article from the perspective of user experience,to combined with cognitive psychology,interaction design theory,user consumption behavior logic and other related theories,explored the traditional retail terminal equipment upgrade aspects of future smart retail terminal interaction methods.It mainly discussed how to make users feel a good "user experience" in the process of using smart retail terminals under a reasonable business model.The aim is to provide new ideas and strategies for retail terminal equipment designed with good user experience,and to provide new design ideas for smart retail terminal related enterprises and design practitioners.In this paper,the evolution and development of retail equipment will be systematically summarized,and the characteristics of the use of retail equipment will be deeply analyzed.Through the observation,investigation and experiment of user behavior,the target user model will be extracted,and its behavior characteristics,logical characteristics and user needs will be analyzed and summarized.It provides a theoretical basis for the interaction design strategy of intelligent retail terminal equipment which adapts to the user model.In addition,through the in-depth study of user behavior logic and user consumption psychology,this paper summarizes the mapping relationship between interaction design factors,consumption potential and consumption stickiness,and summarizes the general rules suitable for user consumption behavior in different environments according to their different relationship degrees,so that this paper discusses the interaction design model of intelligent retail terminal to match the interaction in different occasions Context.Although this paper discusses different subjects,its purpose and nature is design research.The object of design is not only limited to the sense of design form and practicality,but also based on the design psychology and consumer psychology.Moreattention is focused on the design user’s use behavior and human-computer interaction.Through literature review,concept research,design case study and analysis,field investigation and market research,this paper attempts to put forward innovative interactive design concepts and other research methods,hoping to put forward strategic design ideas that meet the current development needs,can help the intelligent retail industry to improve its functionality,can have social changes in the user experience,and more hope to improve the interactive design,to contribute to the improvement of interaction design theory.
