With the continuous development of the social economy,the energy consumption of buildings and other factors has gradually increased,and the energy shortage in China has become increasingly prominent.In this context,energy-saving renovation of buildings has become more and more important.China's rural residential building area ranks first in the total construction area of the country.The energy consumption of rural houses in cold regions is high,and most of the existing rural houses are non-energy-saving buildings.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out energy-saving renovation of existing rural houses in cold regions.China's energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings is mainly concentrated in urban housing,rarely involved in rural housing,especially in rural areas in cold regions,and rural housing is unique and cannot copy the energy-saving renovation programs and experiences of urban housing,which leads to rural areas in China.The theoretical research and practical operation of the existing residential energy-saving renovation are still in the initial stage.With the continuous advancement of China's construction of beautiful villages and the basic national policy of energy conservation and emission reduction,the energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings in rural areas will eventually accelerate the pace of implementation.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the research on energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings in rural areas,with a view to improving the management level of energy-saving renovation.This paper takes the rural residential houses in the cold area as the research object,and takes the relevant theories of rural residential energy-saving renovation as the starting point,and combines the theoretical research results and practical operation experience in the domestic residential energy-saving renovation to compare different The energy conservation transformation management mode analyzes the status quo,characteristics and deficiencies of the energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings in China.Taking the energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings in four administrative villages of Xinzheng City,Henan Province as an example,the paper analyzes the energy-saving renovation management of rural residential buildings in cold regions through six aspects: current situation,technical plan,supporting policies,financing channels,implementation process and effectiveness.mode.Through the analysis of macro and micro energy-saving transformation management modes,the countermeasures for improving the current management model are proposed,namely: creating a current situation database and applying it,forming a technical plan adapted to local conditions,perfecting normative policies and incentive policies,and introducing a market-oriented operation mode to broaden financing channels.Through the five aspects of bidding management and publicity and education to improve the implementation process,it has certain reference value for the energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings in rural areas in China.
