The Research Of Urban Center Underground Space Planning Index System

China is in a period of rapid urbanization. Along with the rapid development of urban construction, the contradiction between people and land is increasingly prominent. For now, some domestic cities have excessive skyscrapers and also try to increase the floor area by increasing the building density. But an area of capacity is limited, it can corollary, with the gradual increase in the urban population and the urbanization rate, these cities will appear the situation with no land available. In this case, a reasonable urban underground space development occupied the advantage in urban construction. It can not only help cities improve land capacity and ease the shortage of urban land resources, but also improve the urban environment and provide more green space for the city.Indeed, our country has started development and utilization of urban underground space since World War II. But because there is no theoretical guidance and practical experience, in the development and utilization and overall direction of the urban underground space has not yet formed a control system on a clear, scientific guiding framework.Urban center underground space planning is a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of complex systems. It is not only to consider the contact of the various internal functions in the urban center underground space planning, but also consider the relationship with their planning between social, economic and ecological environment. These complex relationships complement and influence each other, forming a complex system. The establishment of the urban center underground space planning systems need to rely on the combination with quantitative and qualitative research. Human activities, a variety of resources, social activities, economic activities are the various subsystems constituting the urban center underground space planning system. The interaction between them are interdependent. And the various subsystems has also undergone a pass with the outside material, energy and information.This paper presents the importance of the urban center underground space development and construction and do a literature review of domestic and foreign research and development on underground space under construction. And through analysis the China's current problems of the urban center underground space development and construction, it forecasts the future development of urban center underground space and propose the concept of the urban center underground space planning. Based on the systematic exposition of the concept on the urban center underground space planning system, structure, characteristics and function, this paper establishes a four-hierarchical, stepwise coupling of scientific indicator system, in which the healthy operation of the urban center underground space development is the overall goal, the healthy operation of the survive the elements subsystem, subsystem development factors subsystem, environmental factors subsystems and policy elements subsystem is 4 points target layer. It contains a total of 52 specific indicators. Furthermore, based on fuzzy mathematical theory, it try to build a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model on the index system for urban underground space planning center, in the development and utilization of underground space of three patches situation Yuzhong district case. And it validate the model calculations and analysis of three patches by evaluating the results of the comparative.This dissertation is divided into four parts with seven chapters and is organised as follows:Part One includes Chapter One and Chapter Tow, it mainly elaborates the background, research significance, research contents, the relative conceptions, reviewed relevant theory and practice at home and abroad, the paper frame and the central area of urban underground space development research on the status quo.Chapter One is the introduction part of the article, described the basic concepts covered in this article. Chapter Two is the theory and research status of the article, in view of developments since the founding of the urban underground space, made of the central area of Urban Underground Space Development and Construction existing problems, and to predict the future development trend.Part Two includes Chapter Three and Chapter Four, it is the core part of this dissertation. It is to establish a complete index system framework on the basis of the city center underground space planning systematic analysis:Chapter Three clarifies the city center underground space planning point of view from the system is a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of complex systems. The Chapter Four based on the previous text conceptual which systematically expounded urban center underground space planning systems, structures, features, functions, it establishes of a four-hierarchical, stepwise coupling of scientific indicator system. And indicators of urban underground space planning system in the central region of the various elements of specific subsystems and estimates contained in the way each index elaborate.Part Three includes Chapter Five and Chapter Six, it is sections with application of this paper. It quantifies the each content of the index system by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and specifics examples of research findings for verification:Chapter Five introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, building a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of urban underground space planning index system center, tried to use precise mathematical language of urban underground space development center levels were evaluated. Chapter Six analysises the development and utilization of underground space of three patches situation Yuzhong district case, and validates the model calculations and analysis of three patches by evaluating the results of the comparative.Part Four is Chapter Seven, it is the conclusion of this dissertation, including strategy the research of urban center underground space planning index system and summary.
