In the process of product research,the design phase takes a lot of time,especially for the development of complex assemblies,the design work consumes a lot of manpower and material resources.At present,3D design software is widely used in the design field.Although the design accuracy and design efficiency are improved,there are still problems such as poor reusability of design modeling and high labor intensity of designers.In order to improve the level of product design automation,the parametric design system is researched and developed for serialized products in specific fields and combined with 3d modeling and database technology.The research focuses on the cutterhead products in the shield construction process.By establishing the spoke-type cutterhead spectrum of the soft soil layer,analyzing its structural characteristics,combining with the modular parameterization idea.Supported by the threedimensional design platform,the top-down transfer of product parameters is realized by template,and the parameterized template of cutter head is constrected.From top to bottom,construct a cutter parameterized template.By studing the BOM structure of the design cutter disc product,the design knowledge base and the parameter database of the cutter disc parts are established to realize the digital expression and data drive of the products supported by the database platform.The configuration specification of cutter head is analyzed,the algorithm of automatic tool arrangement is developed,and the parametric configuration of cutter head is realized with the support of cutter head template and tool library.Finally,C# is selected as the development language,the system architecture is established,the integrated application of SolidWorks and MySql is realized,and the parameterization design system of the cutterhead is constructed,and the expected function is realized.The experimental system researched and developed basically realized the parametric design of the spoke-type shield cutterhead,which can quickly realize the three-dimensional modeling of the cutterhead components and export the engineering drawings that meet the production requirements of the enterprise.The research results have certain engineering application value,which can effectively improve the design efficiency of the spoke cutter and shorten the design cycle.At the same time,the research work has certain reference significance for the development of parametric design systems for complex products.
