With the increase of mileage of high-speed railway in China,the safety and stability of overhead contact line(OCL,or catenary,the main power supply equipment for high-speed train)become crucial for the operation of the whole high-speed railway system.Nowadays,6C data center system and catenary management information system(MIS)have been built up and put into operation,which cooperte with telecontrol monitoring system and relay protection system.The above four systems lay the foundation of prognostics and health management(PHM)of catenary.On the basis,how to integrate the four systems,and how to optimize the catenary evaluation system and methods,are still two major problems during the construction of catenary PHM platform.In order to effectively deal with the problems,the main tasks of the paper were as follows: firstly,according to the needs of constrction of PHM platform and the feature information of raw data,the paper constructed the catenary data dictionary,which could provide theoretical support and data sources for the dependability evaluation;secondly,the paper expanded the catenary evaluation system into the dependability evaluation model,and improved the evaluation steps in weighting and calculation methods.In the paper,the catenary data dictionary were divided into three parts: intrinsic parameter dictionary,fault parameter dictionary and trip parameter dictionary.According to the structure and function of each part,some data items were coded uniformly.And according to the characteristics of each kind of paramaters,the data format and content were standardized by data preprocessing technology.During the modeling for catenary dependability evaluation,four indexes were included in the evaluation system: quality evaluation,quality certification,availability evaluation,and maintainability evaluation.The index weights were reasonably allocated by AHP-Entropy Method(mainly with AHP and supplemented by Entropy Method).Besides,the methods of direct weighted summation,grey clustering and TOPSIS were used for scoring,grading and ranking.In the end,Kendell harmonious coefficient and Spearman rank correlation coefficient(RCC)were used to test and analysis the validity of dependability evalution results.Besides,the paper explored the the guiding significance of evaluation results for the operation and maintenance of catenary system.Through the above research and analysis,the following conclusions could be drawn: firstly,the construction of catenary data dictionary and the formulation of unified coding of some parameters are helpful to realize data standardization management and feature information extraction;secondly,the appropriate expansion of catenary evaluation system,the application of AHP-Entropy Method and the optimization of weight distribution are helpful to improve the validity of evaluation results and its guiding significance.
