| With the advent of the era of big data,road traffic data has become an important basis for traffic management and planning,traffic forecasting,traffic incident monitoring,and traffic signal timing.Analyzing and studying the actual traffic status by the collection and mining of traffic data,has become an important means to solve various traffic problems.The effectiveness of road traffic data will directly affect the user’s judgment and control of traffic.However,due to the complexity of traffic collection technology and traffic collection environment,there is a certain uncertainty in the quality of road traffic data.Based on these,the evaluation method of the effectiveness of traffic data is studies.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the existing methods of evaluating the effectiveness of traffic data at home and abroad,as well as the effectiveness of different road traffic data for the collection principle and parameter content of four typical road traffic data of coil,microwave,RFID and video are analyzed.The effectiveness of different road traffic data is evaluated and the five aspects of road traffic data are determined: data integrity,data accuracy,data availability,data stability and macroscopic consistency of parameters.Through the analysis of various comprehensive evaluation methods,it is determined that the gray correlation analysis method based on TOPSIS and objective self-determine comprehensive evaluation are used to evaluate the effectiveness of traffic data.Secondly,data validity detection and indicator statistics are respectively carried out for the integrity,accuracy,availability,stability and consistency of traffic data.For the integrity of traffic data,statistically non-null values of different missing types to calculate the data missing rate is used.For the accuracy of traffic data,the method of time point regular judgment,license plate error identification and 3σ threshold interval is used to detect traffic error data and calculate the error rate.For the availability of traffic data,the box data is used to identify the anomaly data and calculate the abnormal rate.For the stability of traffic data,the traffic data is grouped in the same time period,and the data stability is evaluated by using the maximum variance,the mean square error and the mean square error of the grouping data.For the macroscopic consistency of traffic data parameters,according to the relationship between traffic flow theory and traffic parameters under different traffic conditions,the macroscopic consistency judgment rules of parameters are formulated,and the consistency evaluation index is assigned.In addition,according to the characteristics of traffic data effectiveness evaluation indicators,as well as the study of combined comprehensive evaluation methods,two comprehensive evaluation methods are used to evaluate the effectiveness of traffic data.A gray correlation analysis and evaluation method based on TOPSIS,which uses the entropy method to calculate the weight vector of the data validity index,and determines the gray correlation by solving the gray correlation degree between the evaluation sequence and the optimal reference sequence and the worst reference sequence,the final evaluation value is determined according to the grey correlation index.The other is an objective self-determine comprehensive evaluation method based on two-dimensional IOWA operator.This method reorders the evaluation indicators according to the index dominance of different evaluation subjects,and determines the evaluation indicators under each evaluation subject by solving the optimal planning model.The maximum eigenvalue and the largest eigenvector of the evaluation vector weight matrix are solved to determine the final evaluation value.Finally,the four kinds of typical road traffic data are comprehensively evaluated,and the results of the two comprehensive evaluation methods are compared.According to the evaluation results,the objective self-determine comprehensive evaluation method based on the two-dimensional IOWA operator is based on the evaluation subject’s own consideration.The evaluation results can better reflect the optimal evaluation index and the worst evaluation index of each evaluation subject,and provide an important reference for the practical application of traffic data. |
