The AC drive diesel locomotive is a complex system of transportation equipment that integrates mechanical,power electronics and electrical equipments.It integrates many kinds of electronic equipment and cable harness,such as high voltage,frequency conversion,network communication,computer control,etc.It has not only high power radiation signal source,but also high sensitivity sensors and communication equipment.All kinds of strong and weak electric signals are interwoven in a limited space and area.Electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)is one of the key issues affecting its performance reliability.Therefore,the application of EMC technology must run through the whole locomotive production process.In engineering,the cable harness is the main channel for the transmission of various electromagnetic signals in the locomotive.The radiation and anti-interference performance of the cable will directly affect the electromagnetic compatibility of the entire locomotive system.So the electromagnetic coupling between cables has become one of the main problems to be solved in locomotive electromagnetic compatibility.The main work of this paper is to apply the electromagnetic simulation software to analyze and solve the EMC problem in the cabling design of the diesel locomotive.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic properties of EMC and the development status of EMC simulation.Then it introduces the idea and technical route of EMC simulation.By comparing and analyzing the numerical methods in computational electromagnetics,we choose the electromagnetic simulation software which is suitable for such large-scale electric locomotive.On the basis of the above,a simulation model of the diesel locomotive was built and the influence of factors such as cable distance,cable height and cable collinear length on crosstalk coupling between locomotive and cable was studied in detail.Based on the simulation results,some specific measures to reduce the crosstalk coupling between cables are proposed.The cable trough area of the diesel locomotive was selected for simulation research.It was found that the crosstalk coupling between cables in the cable trough area was less affected,and the rationality of the designer's cabling design was verified,that the influence of active power cable on electromagnetic interference of control cable was avoided.The simulation research on the power frequency magnetic field radiation of the main generator cable of the diesel locomotive is carried out.Compared with the standard limit,the cable radiation magnetic field of the diesel locomotive is within the safety limit.Based on the research of cable crosstalk coupling and electromagnetic radiation,the optimization simulation of cable wiring is carried out.Through the comparison of the results,some specific measures to reduce electromagnetic interference are put forward,such as the optimization of wiring area,the selection of shielding cable grounding mode,the use of wire mesh shielding and the optimization of cabinet wiring.
