China's home appliance industry has broad prospects.It is affected by the scale effect of Gree,Media and Haier's three giants,"big fish eat small fish".Only "fast fish eat slow fish" can be invincible.When the author is currently advancing the project,the author finds that the progress is seriously lagging.The practice of using serial engineering to manage the project schedule cannot meet the strategic needs of the enterprise.The author reflects on the progress control practices of the company at company A and feels that it is necessary to carry out the project.Reconstruction and research.This thesis takes A company group's new project factory construction project as the research object,and takes the progress management in project management as the starting point,analyzes and summarizes the lessons at that time.The project is also the first new construction project of Company A,lacking effective management tools and experience,especially the progress control technology.This paper analyzes in detail the necessity,urgency,rationality and strategy of concurrent engineering in the project.Then it analyzes the progress management application of the concurrent engineering in the project implementation stage,summarizes the organizational structure reorganization,the project process and process reorganization,and uses IT to build an efficient,fast and effective communication platform to realize problem exposure and quick decision-making.The method also introduces and analyzes the main obstacles in the application of concurrent engineering.Finally,the results of parallel engineering and improved "Concurrent Engineering 2.0" in practical project applications are presented and summarized.Summarizing parallel engineering is a big tool to shorten the project cycle.This thesis uses fresh cases to analyze and summarize the three strategies of concurrent engineering in project application.Creative proposal combined with reality,dynamic and flexible improvement of organizational structure,project education,motivate employees;combined with promotion plan,grasp key paths,separate task packages on non-critical paths,synchronize follow-up process changes,collaborative logistics,Parallel operation of information flow;build an efficient,fast and effective communication platform to achieve problem exposure and rapid decision-making.
