A Preliminary Study On The Spatial Reorganization Of Island Residential Buildings Under The Background Of Rural Tourism Development

Reform and opening up have brought about rapid economic development and accelerated urbanization.During this period,the countryside formed a strong attraction due to its unique natural landscape resources and humanistic historical customs.Various urban resources began to accumulate and overflowed into the countryside,and the rural tourism market developed rapidly.While tourism development brings vitality and opportunities to the rural economy,it also brings new challenges.It is also unknown how the local culture and the rural material form are passed down and developed in the torrent of the times.The focus of this paper is one of the important material forms of the countryside-the adaptive transformation and renewal development of the local architecture in the context of the development of the times.In the study of the adaptive transformation of the local architecture,the author takes the practice project of the Weizhou Island B&B in Guangxi as an opportunity to guide the research road and direction with practical experience,and hopes to sum up the rapid travel in rural areas.In the development environment,how to use the Weizhou Island as an example of the regionalized traditional rural architecture,in the face of the gradual lack of identity,how to solve the contradiction between the era and the needs of life through adaptive transformation,and restore the necessity of adaptive transformation and The essential value lies.Refined a set of practical methodology on the adaptive transformation of local architecture,and hope to make practical support for the establishment of a perfect theoretical system of rural architecture transformation.Taking the tourism development of Weizhou Island as an example to explore the relationship and contradiction between the economic and cultural development of tourism and the original rural ecosystem,to find the connection between urban and ruralareas,the relationship between rural tourism economy and rural development,the inheritance of local culture and the construction of local architecture.Correlation between association,adaptation of local architecture and re-creation of local cultural life.These four logical layers are progressively related.In contrast,the relationship between them is not only the author's discovery and summary of this practical project,but also the discussion on the integration of rural development and local architecture in the social environment.
