Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is a superimposed radiation area for the two major national strategies of "Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region" and "the Belt and Road".Therefore,strengthening the coordinated development of port and hinterland economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has become an important means to speed up the depth and breadth of opening up.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has Tianjin Port,Qinhuangdao Port,Tangshan Port and Huanghua Port.The port resources are abundant,and the port scale is gradually expanding,the transport capacity is gradually increasing,and the operation capacity is constantly improving.Therefore,the coordinated development of port logistics and hinterland economy in Beijing-TianjinHebei region will certainly promote the development process of "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration".At present,there are a lot of literatures on the qualitative research of port logistics and hinterland economic synergy,but the quantitative research on multiple ports is still incomplete.In addition,most of the predecessors studied the large mature ports along the southeast coast,and less on the underdeveloped ports in the northern region.For this reason,this thesis studies four ports of different sizes in Tianjin Port,Qinhuangdao Port,Tangshan Port and Huanghua Port in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Based on the data of the 2006-2017 Yearbook,an evaluation model of the coordination degree of the logistics system in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Port is constructed.The coordination degree between the port logistics and the hinterland economy in this region is studied.The panel regression analysis of the results is made with Eviews 8.0 software,and the influencing factors of the coupling coordination degree are analyzed Some suggestions are put forward to improve the synergy degree of port logistics in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and provide a new idea for the synergistic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The results show that the synergy degree between Tianjin Port logistics and hinterland economy is in the "moderate synergy" stage,and has not yet reached the "high synergy" stage,but its synergy degree has been showing a steady upward trend.According to the analysis of influencing factors,Tianjin Port should continue to expand its scale,give full play to its advantages of inland waterless ports,and stimulate the transport demand of inland ports,so as to enhance the business acceptance of Tianjin Port and promote local economic development,so as to make the two subsystems of Tianjin Port logistics and hinterland economy develop in coordination and achieve a win-win situation.The port logistics and hinterland economy of Tangshan Port have experienced "extremely uncoordinated" and "low coordination" and finally reached "moderate coordination",which indicates that in recent years,vigorously promoting the infrastructure construction of Tangshan Port and expanding the port scale have obvious effects on promoting the coordinated development of the two subsystems,and are consistent with the analysis of influencing factors.Through the rational division of labor with the other four major ports in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Tangshan Port has great potential for development.Qinhuangdao Port as an "old" port,port logistics started early,but the follow-up development force is insufficient.The degree of coordination between Qinhuangdao port logistics and hinterland economy has experienced "low coordination" and "moderate coordination",but Qinhuangdao started early.From 2006 to 2008,the degree of coordination of Qinhuangdao port is obviously higher than the other three.However,in the past ten years,Qinhuangdao port has no obvious expansion,aging facilities,backward technology,and port logistics business undertaking capacity has been greatly reduced.In the radiation area of "the Coordinated Development of Beijing-TianjinHebei region" and "the Belt and Road" in the two major national development strategies,Qinhuangdao port should first enhance its port competitiveness.Huanghua Port,as the latest port in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,has the smallest port size,but its transport growth rate has been in the forefront of the country in recent years.According to the above research,the synergy degree of logistics and hinterland economy of Huanghua Port has experienced "low synergy" and finally reached "moderate synergy".Overall,Huanghua Port started late,but it has unique geographical advantages.
