For residential buildings,by using reliable methods to predict energy consumption are the key factors to realize power-operated control and operation strategy of buildings.However,the building itself is a complex system with multiple systems coupling,nonlinearity and multi-objectives.It is not easy to achieve high-precision simulation of building energy consumption.In the energy consumption simulation process,building energy consumption is mainly affected by the climatic condition parameters,envelope performance and occupant behavior.Among them,climatic parameters and envelope performance are usually determined in the stage of building design and construction.Therefore,these two factors are relatively easy to determine when calculating the building energy consumption,so the occupant behavior is the main influence factor during this process.However,the occupant behavior have the characteristics of randomness and locality.It’s difficult to set the actual situation as an input parameter.Therefore,the occupant behavior becomes the main uncertainty of building energy consumption prediction.However,the widely used buildingsimulation tools such as EnergyPlus,DeST,etc.,usually adopt a fixed schedule and setting temperature to oversimplify the occupant behavior in the building,resulting in a large deviation between the simulation results and the actual values.Therfore,it is very estimable to accurately predict the building energy consumption in the modeling process.Firstly,this paper reviews the main design standards of building energy efficiency at home and abroad,and provides the differences and focuses of design parameters in building energy simulation.A base-line model was established by setting different simulation conditions,the influence of each setting parameter on the total energy consumption of the building was quantified.The correlation analysis was used to obtain the significant influence factors for the energy consumption of residential buildings.Secondly,according to the scientific and reasonable survey questionnaires for the residential buildings in the Yangtze River Basin,the relationship between indoor personnel behavior and building energy consumption is analyzed under the support of a large number of sample data,and the characteristics and laws of the actual energy use behavior of residents in the non-transitional season are summarized.Thirdly,the multi-factor analysis of variance is used to analyze the main effects and interaction effects of the six main factors affecting the energy use behavior of residential buildings in the Yangtze River Basin,and the impact of qualitative analysis on the energy consumption of buildings in the region is analyzed according to the importance order.Finally,a multivariate regression analysis method was used to build a prediction model for the occupant behavior of residential buildings in the Yangtze River Basin.The input parameters of the energy consumption simulation were predicted by different scenarios.The standardization method for building energy consumption prediction were proposed,its reliability and scientificity are test through the measured building,The method can provide data support for improving the accuracy and credibility of building energy consumption simulation prediction,and providing scientific guidance for the revision of energy efficiency standards.
