With the rapid development of the wind power industry,the proportion of the wind power industry in traditional industries is increasing day by day.However,the randomness and mutability of characteristics of the wind energy will lead to the instability of the output power of wind power plants.Unreasonable power distribution methods of wind power plants will not only pose a threat to the security of the power grid,but also cause the loss of wind power generation benefits.Therefore,the power dispatching of the wind power generation is a significant research direction.In essence,the dispatching problem of wind power generation is a process of multi-objective and multi-constraint optimization.At present,most of the wind power generation dispatching algorithms used in engineering are generated by heuristic rules.Due to this situation,mixed integer programming was applied to solve the wind power generation dispatching algorithm,and based on this,this paper also proposed a fuzzy theory-based efficiency evaluation method of the wind power dispatching system.At the same time,this paper built a wind power dispatching platform to verify the effectiveness of this efficiency evaluation method.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper studied a power dispatching algorithm for wind power generation aimed at multi-objective and multi-constraint optimization.To solve the problem of tedious algorithm modification about the heuristic rules,the heuristic rules was designed into the the hybrid integer programming in this paper.Only the coefficient matrix of mixed integer programming needs to be modified once the algorithm design has been changed,which makes the algorithm more convenient to be remodified.(2)For the lack of valuable efficiency evaluation methods for wind farm power dispatching system,this paper proposed a effectiveness evaluation method for the dispatching system based on fuzzy theory.This method proposed an evaluation index set for the wind farm power dispatching system and made a comprehensive evaluation of the evaluation index set based on the fuzzy theory.(3)This paper established an integrated platform which consist of the dispatching simulation platform,the dispatching algorithm and the efficiency evaluation method.The dispatching platform was built by DIgSILENT/PowerFactory and MATLAB.The wind power dispatching system was made of the platform and the prototype dispatchingalgorithm,which provided simulation platform for the efficiency evaluation method and improved the efficiency of the whole experimental design.The simulation platform verified the feasibility of the wind farm power dispatching algorithm based on hybrid integer programming and the effectiveness evaluation method for dispatching system based on fuzzy theory.
