| With the continuous development of social economy and the continuous improvement of national living standards,the number of colleges and universities has also increased sharply with the popularization of higher education.As a major user of urban public water,colleges and universities have occupied the second place of urban public water consumption.Under the background of building a conservation-oriented society and scientific development in the whole society,it is imperative to build a conservation-oriented campus and a green campus,in which,The university campus supply network water leakage is far greater than the quantity of water saving.University outdoor water supply network is one of the important infrastructures to ensure water use in Colleges and universities.According to the problems of leakage control and management of outdoor water supply network in University campus,this paper takes the optimization of outdoor water supply network in B campus of a university as an example,and studies the design and management optimization of outdoor water supply network in University Campus Based on leakage control.This paper analyses the change of annual water consumption in B campus from2014 to 2018,and analyses the per capita comprehensive water consumption in B campus.By comparing with the per capita water consumption quota given by local and other local standards,it summarizes the reasons for the higher per capita comprehensive water consumption quota in B campus and puts forward corresponding solutions.The variation law,coefficient and time of use of water consumption in high-day of each single building in campus B are analyzed.It is found that the variation coefficient and time of use of water consumption in student canteen,teaching building,college office building and laboratory building are larger than those given in the Code for Design of Building Water Supply and Drainage(GB50015-2003)(2009 edition).And analyzes the effect of water supply pipe network leakage control zone optimization B Campus.Two kinds of leakage control methods of water supply network are introduced:regional metering partition(DMA)and pressure management partition(PMA).Based on the characteristics of University campuses,four principles of leak control zoning and three main zoning methods are summarized.Based on this,the optimization scheme of outdoor water supply network in B campus of a university is put forward.By adding valves and some pipes,the water supply network in B campus is divided into five leakmanagement zones.The hydraulic model of outdoor water supply network in B campus is established by EPANET.The operation conditions of each district are simulated by EPANET delay analysis,and the pressure control mode and the constant control pressure value of each district are determined.In the design of leak control zones for outdoor water supply networks,EPANET software delay analysis can dynamically simulate the operating conditions of each zones,and the changes of node pressure and flow velocity of each section with time can be used to determine the zoning pressure,pipe diameter selection and outdoor fire control check of the network.In order to optimize the leakage management of outdoor water supply network in University campus,a DMA partition metering and leakage management system for outdoor water supply network in B campus of a university was established.Two methods of dealing with the minimum night flow of DMA leakage determination value were put forward: empirical method and comparative method,which could provide reference for the leakage management of outdoor water supply network in university.Through EPANET delay simulation,the minimum nocturnal flow rate and the increment of minimum time variation coefficient of each water source node when leakage occurs can be further determined.Based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),a hierarchical model of outdoor water supply pipe material selection in B campus was established,and the inconsistency of judgment matrix was corrected by particle swarm optimization(PSO).The optimum selection order of outdoor water supply pipe materials in four common campuses was obtained: stainless steel lined composite pipe > steel mesh framework PE composite pipe > nodular cast iron pipe > PSP steel-plastic composite pipe,among which the main influencing factors were outdoor water supply pipe materials in B campus.The factors are: initial investment > maintenance and management fee > service life > construction mode. |
