With the continuous progress of society,the continuous development of the national economy,and the continuous accumulation of population,factors such as land value and utilization rate have directly promoted the development of high-rise buildings in recent years.While high-rise buildings bring obvious social and economic benefits,they also bring about practical problems such as many fire-causing factors,large building fire loads,complex structures that contribute to the spread of fire,and difficulty in fighting fires.At the same time,these problems will follow The increase in the complexity,comprehensiveness and number of functions of high-rise buildings leads to an increase in the number of fire hazards and an increase in severity.Once a high-rise building has a fire accident,it will bring huge losses from the level of economic or social impact.At present,as a hot issue of high-rise building operation management is also a weak link in high-rise building fires,it has established a scientific risk evaluation index system for it,which has positive effects on the reduction of fire incidence and the prevention and control of high-rise building operation risks.Meaning.In this paper,first of all,through literature research,starting from the aspects of high-rise building fire factors,fire hazards and fire risk sources,and by analyzing the identification and triggering factors of fire risk sources,the high-rise building fire hazards are studied,and the possible causes of high-rise building fires are investigated.The classification is carried out,the indicators are identified,analyzed and researched,and the indicators are classified and classified according to operability and characteristics,and the indicators are refined and explained.From the aspects of fire response effect,operability,and systemic aspects,systematically evaluate the fire response mechanism of high-rise buildings,establish an evaluation mechanism,and apply AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to evaluate the fire risk of high-rise buildings.Secondly,according to the analytic hierarchy process,the weight values of various factors in the evaluation index system are calculated in turn,and on this basis,a comprehensive evaluation model for high-rise building fire risk evaluation is constructed according to the principle of the analytical evaluation method.Assign weights according to the importance of each indicator and integrate it with the building fire response assessment system to evaluate the high-rise building fire emergency mechanism.On this basis,according to the high-rise building fire suppression action guide(GA / T 1191-2014)and building fire protection(BS 4422-2a-2019),proposed a more rational comprehensive evaluation model that meets the needs of high-rise building fire risk assessment.Finally,by comparing the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,from the perspective of the evaluation method and the fire protection plan,the research countermeasures are proposed for the fire risk management of Longxing Headquarters 2 # Park.The actual operation of the project shows that the research strategy can be used as an effective high-rise building fire risk evaluation model,so as to establish a scientific prevention and control mechanism,evaluate the high-rise fire response ability,reduce the high-rise building fire hazards,and increase the high-rise building safety factor To provide guidance for high-rise buildings to mitigate fire hazards.
