At this stage,China's urban rail transit has entered a new era of rapid development. As a long-distance,large-capacity,all-weather high-speed rapid transit system in the city, the subway plays an increasingly important role. However, due to the unsynchronized development timing and the inconsistency of operational management rights, the layout and functional design of the site entrances and exits in the central area of the city are out of line with the urban space. How to realize the “re-feeding” of urban space to rail transit while realizing the value-added of land along the line, and realize the integration of rail transit stations and urban space. In view of the above problems, the paper selects the entrances and exits of commercial center-type sites located in the central area of the city as the research object, and studies the integration of commercial center-type site entrance and entrance and urban space from two aspects: optimizing urban spatial structure and adjusting site entrance and exit layout. The thesis uses the literature collection method, the field research method and the combination of qualitative and quantitative research in the context of big data, through the research, systematically analyzes the problems existing in the design process of commercial center-type site and urban space integration.Based on the study of integrated design theory, construct a method framework, form a research idea of “one goal, two objects, four levels, eight elements, four principles and propose an integrated strategy”,integrate the influencing factors, and classify existing problems.Integrated design strategy. The paper mainly starts from the four aspects of the overall layout of the entrance and exit, traffic flow, urban open space and architectural space, and studies according to the typical characteristics of each aspect.Based on the analysis of its influencing factors, the "1+3" integration strategy is proposed for the existing problems of site entrance and exit and urban space integration design.Firstly,in terms of site entrance and exit layout, due to the limitation of the number of entrances and exits and the length of the channel, the coverage of the site is limited and the direct rate is low.The design strategy of building a multi-level “tree” underground passage structure and improving the orientation of the entrance and exit is proposed by adding the number of entrances and exits. From the entrance and exit itself, optimize its relationship with urban space, and lay the foundation for the realization of urban space integration design.Secondly,in connection with the urban transportation system, the dynamic line system in the core area of the site entrance and exit is incomplete, the connection facilities in the central area are imperfect, and the connection and distribution efficiency of the “last mile” is low;The line system ensures the reasonable distribution of passenger flow under the influence of the entrance and exit, standardizes the design strategies of various connection facilities modes and distances, and realizes the integrated connection structure between the entrance and exit and the transportation system. Then,in terms of the relationship with the open space of the city, the site entrances and exits are insufficiently utilized for the surrounding high-quality landscapes and public open space resources, and lack of organic integration. It is proposed to standardize the space creation patterns and scales from the perspectives of urban squares and urban parks. The use of urban high-quality node space, improve the design and configuration strategies of landscape elements around the entrance and exit of the site, and improve the integration of the entrance and exit and the open space of the city. Finally,in terms of the relationship with the architectural space, the site passage is isolated from the surrounding underground building space, lacking effective connection and interaction;the connection channel is single in form and insufficiently developed;it is proposed to pay attention to the reasonable connection with the urban underground and above-ground space, and pay attention to the channel space.Integrated design strategies such as diversification of development models. Finally, the design strategy proposed in this paper is applied to the integrated design of the entrance and exit of No.2 Shapingba Station of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 1 and urban space.
