In order to alleviate the serious traffic congestion in major cities in China,the construction of rail transit has accelerated and entered a period of rapid development.The construction of urban rail transit equipment system has many problems such as complicated professional technology,many construction operations,difficulty in management coordination,tight construction period and insufficient construction funds etc.The integrated management mode of urban rail transit equipment system integrating design,procurement and installation of multiple equipment systems can effectively solve many problems in the construction of single equipment system projects,and is the direction of urban rail transit equipment system construction and development.This paper comprehensively analyzes the problems of major risks,lack of management and technology in the integration of existing equipment system construction,and puts forward the key technologies urgently need to strengthen and enhance for the equipment enterprises in integrated construction of urban rail transit equipment system.The main contents and innovations include:(1)Build an econometric model of risk identification based on the integrated construction of urban rail transit equipment system.By judging the risk level,the main risk factors of urban rail transit equipment system integrated construction integration are identified.Based on the model calculation,the importance of risk factors is ranked,which provides a criterion for the risk analysis of urban rail transit equipment system integrated construction.At the same time,the reasons for the formation of risk factors in urban rail transit integrated construction are and countermeasures are proposed,providing theoretical method support and application technical guidance for risk management of urban rail transit equipment system integrated construction.(2)Construct a comprehensive evaluation model of urban rail transit investment and financing.Based on the optimal construction cost,the bidding method strategy for urban rail transit equipment system integrated construction is proposed.The advantages and disadvantages of various investment and financing methods in the urban rail transit equipment system integrated construction are comparatively analyzed.The applicability characteristics of investment and financing mode are proposed,which provides a basis for the analysis of investment and financing strategies for urban rail transit integrated construction.At the same time,under the framework of investment and financing mode,the optimal division of each segment of equipment systems such as communication,signal,power supply and electromechanical is constructed.(3)Build a lifecycle project management model for urban rail transit equipment system integrated construction,and propose a closed-loop control management model for the whole process.The integrated construction of equipment system is divided into four stages: preparation stage,manufacturing stage,installation stage and operation handover.Combining the technical characteristics and work points of the main tasks of each stage,the control model of process management suitable for urban rail transit equipment system integrated construction project is constructed.A closed-loop control method integrating the whole process is proposed to realize the effective connection of each stage and the dynamic feedback of the construction results.(4)Propose systematical solution for the integration test and commissioning technology of urban rail transit equipment system integrated construction,and the technical system schemes of sub-professional,sub-system and phase-by-stage are established by testing,acceptance and assessment as the main operation links.Interface test program of five major professional(vehicle,signal,communication,power supply,track)and test plan of electromechanical system in station area(integrated monitoring,disaster prevention alarm,automatic ticket inspection,security door,ventilation and air conditioning,water supply and drainage,power lighting,etc.)are proposed.The optimal function matching strategy in integration test and commissioning of urban rail transit equipment system integrated construction are put forward,from the four major dimensions of main control major,controlled major,signal transmission major and energy transmission major.On the basis of comprehensive commissioning technology and practical experience,the acceptance model of integration test and commissioning was constructed for the first time to evaluate and verify the effect of the integration test and commissioning plan,which made up for the lack of acceptance assessment of the current urban rail transit integration test project.(5)Construct the decision model of operational handover quality evaluation based on multi-objective planning.The key technologies and solutions for the operation handover phase of urban rail transit equipment system integrated construction are proposed.The function check,internal preparation,construction defect rectification,construction tail processing and other key factors restricting the handover are analyzed systematically,and the key route and key work schedule method in the operational handover are introduced based on the operational handover timing for the first time.Through the multi-objective decision model,the operational handover effect of multiple lines are calculated and verified,and provide the criteria for ensuring that the operating unit takes over the line on schedule.
