| The rich landscape environment of shallow hilly cities gives birth to the open space pattern with space,function and process system integrity in the form of external fragmentation.Riparian zone is a transitional zone between terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems.It is an important part of flood management in shallow hilly cities.The integrity of riparian zone’s morphology,structure and function determines the diversity of its ecological function and social function,and also determines the important role of riparian zone in watershed ecosystem.Riparian zone is an important living resource and environmental carrier in the process of urban development and evolution,which determines the ecological framework of a city and restricts its development.However,under the background of urbanization,the urban population aggregation has increasingly serious pollution to the riparian belt.At the same time,the riparian belt constructed by human beings has insufficient consideration of its functions such as rain-flood management and landscape recreation.As a result,the ecological service function of the riparian belt is not well developed and the use of social service function is limited.This paper puts forward an innovative research on the organization and planning method of green infrastructure of riparian belt in shallow hilly city based on the literature research and empirical and practical research,aiming at the characteristics and planning demands of riparian belt in shallow hilly city and many problems in riparian belt construction.The ecological and social service functions of riparian belt can be improved and the comprehensive service benefits of riparian belt can be improved by implanting green infrastructure with functions of flood management and landscape recreation in riparian belt.The article is as follows:(1)The first chapter and this chapter firstly summarize the thinking caused by the current urban riparian belt construction,and define the related concepts and space scope of this study as the riparian belt green infrastructure in shallow hilly urban planning area.Secondly,this paper elaborates on the research object,puts forward the research content of three levels of riparian green infrastructure construction planning,and expounds the significance of this research.This paper also summarizes the research methods,research framework and other structural content.(2)The second chapter and this chapter,as the basic research of the green infrastructure construction planning of shallow hillock city,start from the problem cognition of the river bank belt construction of shallow hillock city,the related theoretical research of green infrastructure and the summary content of the case.This paper cognized the current situation of the construction of shallow hilly urban riverbank zone and the deficiency of the research review on green infrastructure.(3)Chapter three and this chapter first elaborated the characteristics of riparian belt and the functions of green infrastructure,combined with the functional characteristics of riparian belt and the cognition of current problems,proposed the overall planning guidance of riparian belt green infrastructure construction.The research scope and steps of planning are also described.(4)Chapter four and this chapter identify the spatial components and current problems of green infrastructure in riparian belt based on the research on the longitudinal structural characteristics of riparian belt,and propose targeted planning appeals according to the problems.Chapter 5,chapter 5,chapter 6 and chapter 7 are the key chapters of this paper.These three chapters respectively put forward the key contents and methods of the organization and planning of riparian green infrastructure from the macroscopic,mesoscopic and microscopic dimensions.Firstly,at the macro level,the organizational planning of riparian green infrastructure focuses on the spatial layout of green infrastructure,divides the sub-catchment area of riparian belt by GIS technology,and simulates the surface runoff path of riparian belt.Superimpose the surface runoff path and the sub-catchment area,and select the spatial strategic point of green infrastructure.Based on the selection of spatial strategic points and the cognition of the longitudinal section of riparian belt,the comparison of riparian belt green infrastructure in different sections was conducted to complete the spatial layout of riparian belt green infrastructure.Secondly,in the medium level,based on the spatial distribution of the green infrastructure,through the analysis of shallow hill city riparian zone of green infrastructure associated with urban functional areas land relationship,combined with the feature of riparian zone associated area of land use,to control different extents of green infrastructure,and optimize the riparian zone correlation area land use controls and indicators.Finally,at the micro level,the site space and green infrastructure of the riparian zone are designed by combining the horizontal division of riparian zone and the functional setting of the vertical spline section division of riparian zone. |
