Under the background of the reconstruction of the national land planning system,the riparian zone has become an important starting point for the construction of ecological civilization.Due to complex natural processes and geological,topographical and hydrological conditions,the shallow river-type urban riparian zone has created its functional complexity and spatial heterogeneity,providing rich and high-quality ecological service functions for urban and rural areas,creating and forming a hilly city.Unique landscape landscape pattern.The riparian zone is located in the special geographical location of the water-land interlaced zone and the urban-rural fringe area.The broken geographical environment and complex management affiliation make the riparian zone planning,construction and control become the weak link of urban and rural planning.Based on the sub-basin catchment unit,the basic space carrier carrying water environment function and process,based on the interaction between the riparian zone and adjacent areas,the spatial and spatial integration and multi-disciplinary riparian zone planning research.The study proposes the “urban and rural spatial spline zoning” method as the main research tool.By zoning the riparian zones located in different urban and rural gradients,the land use and spatial layout of the riparian zone are guided at the system level and the associated level.A complete technical method framework is provided for the same type of shallow hill-type urban riparian zone planning.The overall structure of the article is as follows:The first part,the introduction part(Chapter 1).Starting from the background of the topic,combined with the research direction of the paper,the article points out and discusses some problems existing in the current riparian zone planning and construction,such as the riparian zone and adjacent areas are functionally separated from each other,and the space layout is separate.Then the article defines the research object and related concepts in detail,and clarifies the core content and technical links,research significance and purpose.The second part,literature review(Chapter 2)and empirical research(Chapter 3).The literature review part introduces the latest developments of riparian research at home and abroad from theoretical research and practical cases,and provides theoretical basis and data support for the study of riparian planning in shallow hills.The empirical research firstly analyzes the overall network of the river network in the shallow hilly city.Based on the author's field research on the water system space of the two cities of Tongbai and Minjiang,the environmental characteristics and problems of the different urban and rural gradient riparian zones in the shallow hilly city are analyzed.Combing and finally,based on the concept of ecological civilization construction,the research establishes the planning value orientation of the riparian zone and adjacent areas to build a common prosperity and harmonious symbiosis.The third part is the core chapter of the full text(Chapters 4 and 5).The study uses the “urban and rural spatial spline partition” as the core technical method of planning,and guides the river bank from the system level(Chapter 4)and the related level(Chapter 5).With land use and spatial layout.In the fourth chapter,by constructing the vertical spline partition of the river basin,the partition function setting and space system construction of the riparian longitudinal space are carried out.The study defines the composite ecological service function of the riparian zone,and combines the ecological service functions of different zones to provide functional targets for the riparian zone.This paper studies the construction of riparian space system from three levels: river basin water environment safety network,riparian zone recreation service system and public open space system.The fifth chapter divides the land use layout and space space design of the riparian horizontal space by integrating the construction land layout.The study proposes the overall orientation of land use layout in the riparian zone by matching the land use layout strategies of the longitudinal,lateral and adjacent functional zones of the riparian zone.Through the identification of blue-green ecological corridors,riparian zone and adjacent land compatibility analysis and the use of edge effects,the overall strategy of land use layout is further strengthened.The study summarizes the relationship between the various elements of the riparian zone in the river sections of different rivers,and develops a spatial design guide for the riparian zone under different zones.The fourth part,the conclusion part(Chapter 6).The article summarizes the research conclusions and innovation points,and explains the problems and deficiencies in the research.
