With the advancement of urbanization and the improvement of people's living standards,the total energy consumption of urban residential buildings in China shows a trend of annual growth.As an important part of the building,the distinctive characteristics of residential buildings make the energy consumption of residential buildings not only related to the building itself,but also closely related to the living habits and energy modes of the occupants,because it is necessary to establish a model that can accurately describe the energy behavior of personnel,and apply it to the study of energy consumption simulation.Based on the climatic characteristics of Chongqing,a typical city in the Yangtze River basin,this study obtains the basic mode of indoor personnel behavior in residential buildings by means of Investigation questionnaire,field test and real record recording,and analyzes the use of air conditioning in summer and the behavior of opening windows all year round,in order to establish a more realistic model of indoor thermal environment control,It is applied to the analysis of energy consumption difference and the study of energy saving potential of residential buildings.First of all,using the method of questionnaire survey to understand the living conditions of residential buildings in Chongqing area,indoor thermal environment control behavior,recovery of 329 effective questionnaires,the results of the questionnaire show that the transition season people open window ventilation will be more intense,winter daily open window ventilation time is the shortest.Secondly,10 typical residential buildings were selected for a total of 16 rooms for up to 02 months of measurement,using the self-recorder on the environmental parameters(indoor temperature,indoor humidity,indoor CO2 concentration),air conditioning realtime electrical power,window status and other data were collected.It is found that the opening rate of air conditioner is positively correlated with the average temperature of outdoor day,and the opening window of residents at 8,13 and 19 points is more frequent,and the corresponding time period is after getting up,before lunch break and after supper.Thirdly,the use model of summer residential bedroom air conditioner and the yearround open window behavior model of two typical residential users,commuters and retired groups,are established by Logistic regression method.The results show that the probability curve of air conditioning use in summer conforms to the characteristics of "Stype Curve",that is,when the outdoor temperature rises to a certain temperature value,the probability of air conditioning opening increases rapidly.When the concentration of carbon dioxide in the room rises to a certain extent,no matter what season and time period,the vast majority of households will choose to open the window for ventilation;in summer air conditioning conditions,the factors affecting the window behavior of people only indoor carbon dioxide concentration,with the increase of carbon dioxide concentration,the window opening rate gradually increased.Then,in order to study the difference of open window behavior in different height,weather,season and orientation,3 high-rise residential buildings were filmed for 45 days,and the results of multi-factor variance analysis showed that the average window opening rate was the highest on sunny days,followed by cloudy days,and the average window opening rate was the lowest on rainy days.From the seasonal point of view,the average window opening rate transition season > Summer > Winter;from the height of the room,the average window opening rate in the high-rise area is significantly higher than that in the middle and lower layers,and the difference in the opening rate between the lower and middle regions is not significant.According to the combination of weather and season,the annual transition season has the highest rate of open windows,the lowest rate of open windows when it rains in winter,and the combination of direction and season,sunny Side open window rate is the highest,the back Yang side rain when the window opening rate is the lowest.Finally,taking Zhongqing Shapingba District a residence as a case,using DeST to simulate and analyze energy consumption,it is found that the energy consumption of air conditioning in summer in three typical behavior modes is obvious,and on this basis,two energy-saving measures are put forward to improve the setting temperature of air conditioner and the cooling of night ventilation.For the master bedroom,the use of improved air conditioning setting temperature and night ventilation cooling can achieve 20.3% and 12.1% energy saving rate,respectively,for the secondary bedroom can achieve 17.1% and 21.7% of the energy saving rate.
