With the increasing quality of life,the comfort and health of indoor environment are paid more and more attention by people.To realize building energy saving on the basis of ensuring indoor comfort and indoor environment safety and health is a difficult problem to be solved in the current research.As a human behavior that plays an important role in improving indoor air quality,maintaining indoor environment safety and health,and reducing building energy consumption,window-opening behavior has been explored in office buildings,residences,general hospitals and other buildings.Compared with general hospitals or other building types,the buildings of women and children’s hospitals have certain particularities.The main population of women and children’s hospitals are pregnant women and newborns.Compared with ordinary adults,they have low immunity and sensitive system,so they have different requirements on air quality and comfort.Therefore,for women and children’s hospital buildings,window opening behavior not only affects building energy consumption,but also is closely related to the health of indoor personnel.However,the research on the behavior of window opening in the construction of women and children’s hospitals is still in the blank stage.To explore women and children’s hospital building indoor personnel window behavior law characteristics and driving factors,the study on November 4,2018-2019,May 15(spring and winter)between a women and children’s hospital in Beijing during the three patients’ward,a doctor lounge and a state of indoor and outdoor environment,and the doctor’s office window(on/off)for real-time monitoring.First through the measured data from two aspects:environmental factors and environmental factors analysis and summarize five test room window behavior law characteristics,secondly using binary Logistic regression concluded the women and children’s hospital building window behavior of the main driving factors,and then ranking for the rest of the factors,the final binary Logistic regression mathematical model is established and used to open the window for the first time behavior research LSTM neural network algorithm is compared.The results show that there are significant differences in the characteristics of window opening behavior between different rooms of main active groups in the building of women and children’s hospitals,which are mainly reflected in the common rooms of doctors and patients’wards.In spring,indoor temperature is the main driving factor for the window opening behavior of women and children’s hospitals,followed by outdoor relative humidity,outdoor wind speed,outdoor temperature,outdoor PM2.5concentration,outdoor wind direction and time.The main driving factor in winter is indoor temperature,followed by outdoor temperature,outdoor relative humidity,outdoor PM2.5concentration,outdoor wind direction and time.In addition,the LSTM neural network algorithm has a better performance in predicting the window opening behavior of women and children’s hospitals.The prediction accuracy of the LSTM neural network model is 2.08%higher than that of the binary Logistic regression model in spring and 0.4%higher in winter,and the AUC value is also about 0.2 higher than that of the binary Logistic regression model.
