The development and application of lighting technology directly reflects the degree of civilization of a country.China's lighting products research and development and technology ranks among the top in the world.Recent years,development of lighting such as landscape lighting,intelligent lighting and plant lighting,China's total lighting energy consumption accounts for a growing proportion of total electricity consumption,contemporary for the lack of energy and the destruction of the ecological environment,it is extremely important to vigorously develop solar lighting.A super capacitor is a green energy storage device between a conventional capacitor and a battery.Compared with the battery in the field of solar lighting,it has the advantages of green environmental protection,long cycle life,large charge and discharge current,wide operating temperature and high power density.In view of this,the combination of solar lighting technology and super capacitor energy storage technology is of great research value.In this paper,solar energy streetlights with super capacitor energy storage are studied.Based on the analysis and research of each component of the street lamp,the design and simulation analysis of the overall frame of the system,the solar maximum power point tracking module,the super capacitor voltage equalization control module and the LED constant current drive module are carried out.Finally,a prototype of the experimental prototype was completed.This paper mainly completed the following research work:(1)Study on the working principle of solar cells and the maximum power point tracking control algorithm.Designed a solar maximum power point tracking controller.The mathematical simulation model of solar cell and maximum power point tracking control was built and the simulation experiment and working characteristics analysis were carried out.(2)The working principle of super capacitor is studied,and its charge and discharge characteristics are analyzed.The multi-flight capacitor equalization method,switching inductor equalization method and stratified voltage equalization control method were analyzed and calculated.A super capacitor voltage equalization control simulation model based on flying capacitors and switching inductors was built and simulated experiments and working characteristics were analyzed.(3)The overall design of the solar street light control system.The core processor of thesystem is selected,a super capacitor charge and discharge control circuit,a voltage current sampling circuit,a MOSFET driving circuit,an ambient light detecting circuit and an LED constant current driving circuit are designed.(4)Designed for solar street light control system software.It mainly includes main program design,energy storage subprogram design,and lighting subprogram design.(5)Designed a prototype of the experimental.Experimental results show,the prototype design principle is correct and the solution is feasible.The designed super capacitor module provides stable energy supply for LED loads.The use of super capacitors avoids the shortcomings of battery storage life.At the same time,the dimmable LED driving function effectively extends the power supply time of the super capacitor group and improves the lighting comfort.
