Intelligent driverless cars are the development direction of current and future cars,and their interior design is the focus of designers and users as the most intimate part of the user.As an independent space,the interior of the car must fully meet the basic functional needs of the user;on the other hand,it must meet the physiological needs,psychological needs and emotional experience of different user groups and other deeper user experiences.This paper attempts to explore and discuss the relationship between color,materials,surface treatment technology and intelligent car interior design from the perspective of CMF design,and study the forward direction of intelligent driverless car interior design in the sharing mode.Through the actual market research of different user groups,"sharedism" as a design premise always runs through the entire design research and design process.This paper takes the user's psychological,physiological and emotional needs and other related humanized design considerations as the starting point,and uses ergonomics as a theoretical basis to study the internal space layout of intelligent driverless cars,comprehensive design psychology and other related disciplines.The humanized design is integrated into it,and a deeper level of expression is found to optimize the interior of the space,so as to break through the inherent mode and enter the new design field.Based on the ergonomics and CMF design,this paper combines the characteristics of the interior space of the car and the use characteristics of the intelligent driverless car to conduct an in-depth study on the layout of the car interior space.Secondly,according to the existing color knowledge and related color theory,the internal color tropism of the car is analyzed.On this basis,further research on the matching of various materials in the automotive interior and the use of surface treatment technology is carried out.From these several design theories,the influence factors on human vision and somatosensory are discussed,and the design scheme applied to the interior of the driverless car is proposed.This article takes the family travel user group as an example to design the interior of the intelligent driverless car.The blue color is selected as a single main color,and the fabric and PU are selected as the main fabric,and two surface treatment processes of IME technology and water transfer technology are adopted.A multi-person seat based on the spatial layout and simple structure of the interior of the car under the shared mode is designed,which forms a wraparound space layout where the user is on both sides of the car body and a large active space is reserved in the middle.The Photoshop and Alias software were used to draw the 2D renderings and the 3D digital model.The design panels were used to express the usage scenarios of the family travel users.Finally,an example is given to verify the significance and value of CMF design and ergonomics for the design of intelligent driverless car interiors.
