Design And Reaseach Of Domestic Car Personalized Interior Modification Based On Computer-Aided Ergonomics

With the development of society and the incoming of foreign automobile refitting culture,Chinese demand for cars is no longer limited to the auto makers to provide prototypes of cars,more and more people take up by modified their own cars,in order to meet their personalized requirements.However,at present domestic car modification industry has not yet mature,many technical service is not yet perfect.Car as a means of transportation is closely related to people’s travel,so the modified design must satisfy the use of a particular user needs and the requirement of ergonomics.In the theory part,I analyze the present development of car modification industry at home and abroad,and think about the future of the domestic car modification industry development.I put forward the research topic of car modification design based on ergonomics.Otherwise,I do the market research of The demand for domestic personalized modification and find out people’s demand and focus of domestic personalized modification.Also I do the market research of the the ergonomics research situation in the modification industry and find out the lack of ergonomics’ considering.At last,I do the research of ergonomics in domestic car design and CAED.I come up with a reseach and analysis way of domestic cars’ interior modification design.In the specific design project,the design output includes the interior refitting design of “Crotour” based on the specific user’s requirement.In the analysis of the internal behavior,using SAMMIE human analysis software to build up a parameterized human model,simulate the refitting design interior behavior analysis and the passengers’ s package design.Built digital model of parameterized human body in the SAMMIE software according to specific user data and the Chinese human data.I do the analysis of the inside passengers’ s package,the sitting position an room of the passengers,the convenience of passengers’ s getting in and out of the refitting car and the field of vision of the driver.At last,I do the analysis of the human’s reach and comfort in different areas inside and outside the car.Finally,I occupied the analysis result and provided improving.According to the research and the analysis,this paper offer a useful way of Computer-Aided Ergonomics based on SAMMIE and Alias to analyze the ergonomics of interiormodified design,in order to make sure that the design fit the customers’ body and meet the requirement of driving safety.
