| This article focuses on the research of automobile energy saving measures based on the current national regulations and energy conservation,environmental protection pressure.Vehicle non-powertrain factors including air drag resistance,rolling resistance and transmission resistance are studied to be optimized to reduce driving resistance based on costdown method.Vehicle fuel ecomonic simulation modle is built by AVL Cruise,and fuel ecomonic optimation is verified effectively on the chassis dynamometer.Vehicle performance and environmental protection are improved by this research.The main content is as follows:(1)Vehicle driving resistance optimization route research.After a lot of literature research,the non-powertrain factors affecting the vehicle driving resistance including the air drag resistance,rolling resistance and transmission resistance would be studied.Explore the influencing factors of optimization scheme for a SUV passenger vechicle,and establishing the vehicle fuel economy technique route based on driving resistance optimization research.(2)Vehicle air resistance modeling analysis research.Vehicle aerodynamic model would be built base on the theory of aero dynamics.AGS,the rear spoiler and departure angle optimization schemes are proposed by CFD simulation analysis.Wind resistance optimization measures are validated effectively by road coastdown test.(3)Vehicle rolling resistance modeling analysis research.Vehicle rolling resistance model is built based on the analysis of rolling resistance factors.Low rolling resistance tires and tire pressure optimization schemes are studied through test bench,and rolling resistance optimization measures are validated effectively by road coastdown test.(4)Vehicle transmission system resistance modeling analysis research.Vehicle transmission system resistance model is built based on multi-body dynamics theory.The optimization scheme of the wheel hub bearing and brake calipers are studied through reverse drag method on the chassis dynamometer,and propose the optimized measure that pullback spring is added between brake calipers friction plate to control gap.Brake calipers optimization effect is validated effectively by road coastdown test.(5)Vehicle fuel economy optimized validation and analysis.Total optimized coastdown resistance is measured with wind resistance,rolling resistance,driving resistance optimization schemes.The vehicle fuel economy simulation model is built by AVL Cruise software,and NEDC fuel consumpution is calculated with coastdown resistance optimization.Vehicle fuel economy optimization is tested effectively through driving condition method on the chassis dynamometer.The simulation model is validated accurately and driving resistance optimization is validated to be feasible.In this paper,vehicle driving resistance optimization and fuel economy of modeling,simulation and test research are studied for the SUV passenger vehicle.Theoretical model is validated to be accuracy by simulation combined with experiment,theoretical guidance is provided for the passenger vehicle performance optimization research. |
