The foundation treatment project is concealed,so the rationality of the selection of the foundation treatment plan directly affects the construction quality,schedule and project cost.At present,the foundation treatment methods often used in Guizhou area include replacement method,dynamic compaction method,mechanical compaction method,compaction pile method,grouting reinforcement method,etc.,but when choosing a foundation treatment plan,it mainly depends on some traditional empirical method,or simply from the economic point of view or the point of view of construction period,such a selection method is likely to cause over-design of the foundation treatment and cause the project cost to be too high,or the construction unit may cut corners in pursuit of profit and affect the quality of foundation treatment.The process has problems such as subjectivity and ambiguity,which is not very reasonable.Value Engineering(VE),as a mature and comprehensive technical and economic management method,can simultaneously take into account the relationship between the function,cost and value of the project.It mainly studies how to reliably realize the necessary functions of the project through the most cost-saving cost.Improve the value of the project and provide a more intuitive,concise,reasonable and feasible method for selecting the foundation treatment plan.This paper combines the principles and methods of value engineering with foundation treatment methods,and constructs an application model of value engineering for the selection of foundation treatment schemes in Guizhou.It focuses on the functional analysis of the foundation treatment plan in the process of building the application model.According to the specification requirements and the construction characteristics of foundation treatment,the analytic hierarchy process and the MATLAB language system are used to calculate the weight of each function index of the foundation treatment plan,and the value coefficient is passed.Method to choose the best plan.Finally,the model is used to analyze and compare different treatment schemes of the same foundation for a construction project in Guizhou area,quantify the fuzzy and uncertain influence factors when choosing the scheme,and use Glodon pricing software to calculate three schemes.Using V=F/C to calculate the value coefficient and determine the optimal plan,and further analyze the function and cost of the foundation treatment plan,use the value engineering model to select the foundation treatment plan-dynamic compaction method in While reliably meeting the design and specification requirements,it has achieved significant economic effects compared to other foundation treatment schemes.It proves that it is feasible and effective to use value engineering to select foundation treatment scheme under complicated geological conditions.
