In recent years,the process of housing industrialization in China has been pushing forward,and the development of precast concrete(PC)components has entered a new era under the impetus of the new construction mode of assembly building.Flexible production of PC components is the inevitable trend of prefabricated building technology,and also the key to restrict the progress of housing industrialization.As one of the key intelligent equipments in the production line of concrete prefabricated components,NC distributor plays an important role in realizing flexible production of concrete prefabricated components.At present,domestic distributors can not meet the demand in flexible production,and the quality and output of PC components can not be guaranteed.In order to meet the development needs of the market,this paper designs a NC distributor to realize accurate distribution of complex components.Firstly,the relationship between the cloth thickness and the motion parameters is determined,and the mathematical model of the cloth efficiency and the motion parameters and the cloth thickness is established.By solving the optimization model,it is obtained that when the cloth thickness is less than H0 under certain collapse degree,the hopper moving speed should be maximized and the corresponding cloth thickness can be achieved by controlling the rotational speed of the spiral distributor axis.When the thickness of the hopper is greater than h0,the rotation speed of the spiral distributor axis is maximized to achieve the corresponding thickness of the hopper by controlling the moving speed of the hopper.By comparing the layered fabric,the results show that the cloth efficiency is the highest in a certain thickness.When the thickness is greater,the cloth efficiency is higher and the number of layered cloth increases with the thickness.And through the way of experiment to verify,the experimental data accord with the above conclusions.Then the structure and control system of the NC distributor are designed basedon the mathematical model satisfying the distribution efficiency,movement parameters and distribution thickness.Structural design mainly centers on the distribution shaft mechanism,warehouse door mechanism,walking mechanism and lifting mechanism of the distributor,in order to meet the requirements of the model building,improve the accuracy of the distribution displacement and adjustability of the distribution for complex components.The control system adopts the "PC embedded NC" structure,uses the new generation HC10C-S integrated motion controller to control the traveling of the cart and trolley,the rotation of eight screw distributor axles and one stirring axle by servo motor,and controls the cylinder by electromagnetic valve to realize the lifting and closing of the hopper and the opening and closing of eight warehouse doors.Servo motors,servo drivers and detection components are designed and selected.The design of the software part of the control system is mainly the design of PLC program,man-machine interface and remote monitoring system,which realizes the functions of remote monitoring and control of NC distributor.Finally,how to realize the path planning of complex component distribution for NC distributor.
