The development of new types of cities has increased the development of underground space.The undergroundization of power cables in urban infrastructure has become the development trend of public facilities in modern cities.However,the construction of underground power tunnels in cities is inevitable for urban surface buildings.Interference,how to build a power tunnel in a complex urban environment is a key issue that needs to be addressed.This paper combines the new stone heat-Taoyuan Power Tunnel in Shijiazhuang City to study the power tunnel construction technology under the complex urban engineering environment.Based on the project of Shijiao-Taoyuan Power Tunnel Project,this paper analyzes the problems faced by building urban power tunnels in complex urban geological and engineering environments,and uses numerical calculation simulation methods to analyze the construction processes such as undercut,pipe jacking and jacking wells.The connection between the newly built power tunnel and the existing tunnel and the selection of the tunnel structure type were compared.Combined with the characteristics of the power tunnel,the structure of the dug double-chamber section was determined,the structure check was carried out,and the construction process of the underground excavation section was carried out.The analysis of the mechanical effects of the construction was carried out;the newly-built electric power tunnel was passed through the Shijin canal of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project and the small canal(the south branch canal)of the Shijin Irrigation District.In order to ensure the safety of the existing water conservancy projects during the construction process,the jacking method was used to simulate the numerical simulation method.During the power tunnel jacking construction process,the internal force and deformation of the hydraulic engineering structure are analyzed,and the safety impact of the power tunnel jacking construction on the hydraulic engineering is evaluated.The analysis results show that the internal force and deformation of the hydraulic structure meet the safety requirements during the jacking construction process;The construction mechanics analysis of the top pipe jacking and receiving wells is carried out,and the internal force and deformation law of the supporting special shaped pipe jacking wells are obtained.The two-chamber section of the power tunnel is constructed by two-step method.The double-cabin section is constructed by the CD method,which can effectively ensure the stability of the tunnel and control the settlement deformation of the stratum.For the jacking construction technology of the existing hydraulic engineering facilities,the top is proposed.Control measures in the key processes of entering and exiting the hole and entering the hole;the construction of the complex shaped pipe receiving well requires attention to support and timely application.
