The overall treatment of water pollution in the taihu basin has not fully taken into account the economic development of the taihu region,nor has it been carried out in combination with the radiation range and the population of the radiation basin.Due to water pollution of taihu lake watershed overall governance and economic development in the taihu lake basin and basin radiation population not harmonious,the basin water pollution is very serious,lead to form a "water quality" type water of taihu lake watershed,although in recent years,as a result,the water pollution in the whole taihu basin has not been effectively treated,and the pollution is still very serious.On the whole proposeals too engineering major is to improve the present situation of the worsening water quality of taihu lake watershed,puts forward the qiantang river in taihu lake basin water diversion and shipping comprehensive engineering,urban and rural water supply to solve in the north of trouble.This article main research content for proposeals too dispatching decision-making based on similarity analysis and research of application of risk due to widely exists in the actual scheduling decision process,the result of the serious influence the human production and living,in the case of improper scheduling decisions,often can have adverse consequences or irreparable disaster,because the human cognitive level and subjective judgment has certain limitation,therefore an effective scheduling decision method to solve the complex characteristics of the scheduling problems is an important research subject.In view of the above situation,combining with the results of recent years,this article mainly discuss by extracting and analyzing historical case to solve the current case(case)scheduling scheme,in the traditional subjective decision-making method is difficult to solve the problem of the current situation,in view of the expected demand for policy makers to target case,based on the similarity analysis of proposeals too dispatching decision method,the method in the aspect of theoretical research and practical application,it has important practical significance,and can effectively solve the scheduling problems in the practical work.Based on the application and research of the scheduling decision of the Yangtze river delta region based on similarity analysis,this paper mainly completes the following aspects of research work:(1)In the TaiHu lake basin as the study area,the selection in the basin,136 sites of water quality analysis of water quality of the TaiHu lake watershed,the the TaiHu lake basin is seriously affected by the factors that one of the basin,the water quality of frequent accidents and inducing factors is relatively complex,adopt the method of global and local Moran 's ? to filter out all the space from the correlation analysis of elements of water quality,using analysis of variance for different water quality factors according to the season for the grouping,describe a water quality components differences within the group.(2)In which case attribute and its weight are the basis and premise of the method.The research is conducted around the determination of case attribute and its weight,which provides a certain support for the study of case extraction and case optimization.(3)Through the literature review of relevant research work about similar analysis technology,a clear decision method based on similarity analysis of research status quo,the evaluation of alternative decision scheme based on similarity analysis and optimization of theoretical basis and research methods for further analysis,and the generated based on the similarity analysis of alternatives decision scheme,and elaborates the alternative decision schemes sorting that is based on the similarity analysis of proposeals too general research framework to provide theoretical basis.(4)Description is based on the analysis of the similar proposeals too scheduling architecture,detailed design,from several aspects such as decision-making system,the source of this project is mainly in taihu lake basin water resources monitoring and protection warning system scheduling project consultation and decision-making system,which is based on the analysis of the similar proposeals too scheduling modules for the project a study,based on the above research content and project specific work content to realize Web based on similarity analysis of the scheduling decision support system.
