Application Of Blockchain Technology In Water Right Trading System

How to better use and manage water resources is a very important social issue.Water management can be divided into water resource management,water service management and water rights transaction management.The problem studied in this paper is the scope of water rights transaction management.After the water resources have been confirmed,the use of administrative means is becoming more and more difficult,and the effectiveness of coordinating conflicts of interest is getting worse.Learn from the experience of water trading in Western and European countries,we will develop and improve China’s market-oriented water rights trading.To build a water rights trading system can better promote the marketization of water rights trading and make more rational use of water resources.The Bitcoin reflect shared records ——blockchain technology,is a hot technology in recent years and can be applied in water rights trading systems.Use smart contract to auto validate the transactions process without human intervention,and use member management to add or remove water users.The water rights trading system based on blockchain can simplify the water rights trading process to the greatest extent,improve the efficiency of water rights trading,and achieve refined control of water rights trading.This paper studies the application of blockchain technology in water rights trading.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:1)Study the causes of water rights trading,analyze the water rights trading system,and find that the water rights trading system has complicated transaction process and high transaction cost;Introduce blockchain technology,compare blockchain type.According to the feature of water rights trading select the Hyperledger Fabric as the underlying network system of the water rights trading system.Illustrates the benefits of applying blockchain technology;2)Using Hyperledger Fabric multi-channel technology,combined with water rights trading,design three-channel accounting method,design and implement water rights trading chaincode by Go.Storing K-V data with CouchDB,using Ubuntu,Docker,Docker compose to build chaincode running environment.Performing chaincode calling test;3)Design the water rights trading prototype system,design the front-end water user and water rights management department interfaces,use PostgreSQL,Hyperledger Explorer to build the blockchain explorer,and implement call the chaincode by the Fabric-Client API of Hyperledger Fabric Node.js SDK.The water rights trading system based on the Hyperledger Fabric can reduce the traditional water rights transaction from a few days confirmation to real-time confirmation,and reducing the cost of water rights data backup.
