Research On The Development Of "Internet Plus Travel Service" Platform For Expressway In Hubei Province

With the proposal of "Smart Road Network" system with "Operation Monitoring" as the core,"Emergency Response" as the key,and "Travel Service" as the leading,the expressway travel service industry has officially entered the fast track of development.In recent years,"Internet plus travel service" has gradually become one of the hot topics in the transportation industry,but most of them are explorations in the field of technology,and there is a lack of theoretical research.Therefore,this paper takes the "Internet plus travel service" platform of Hubei expressway as the research object,and tries to apply the knowledge of public management to study from the theoretical level.By analyzing the external factors and internal environment of the platform,this paper reveals the realistic dilemma of its development,and then puts forward development countermeasures,hoping to provide certain theoretical reference value for the development of transportation services,the construction of "Digital Government" and the implementation of the strategy of "strong transportation province" in Hubei province.In this paper,using the method of PEST,Porter’s five models,respectively from the Angle of macroscopic,industry analysis influence highway in Hubei province "Internet plus travel service platform for the development of external factors,then carding system construction units of all kinds of resources,analysis of the key internal environment factors affecting the development of the platform,and then find out the internal and external problems of the platform.Through in-depth interviews with 20 people related to system construction and operation,this paper analyzes the practical difficulties behind the problems,extracts the common cognition as an important argument,and summarizes the corresponding countermeasures for the platform development.
