As the spreading global energy and environmental crisis,many countries are researching solutions to the crisis.Because of new energy vehicles can effectively reduce the dependence on petroleum energy and the pollution caused by exhaust emissions,and have the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection.So the new energy vehicles are promoted and used in many countries.In China new energy vehicle industry is growing rapidly under the support and guidance of government policies.H Electric Vehicle Company is an enterprise that emerged in the environment of the government policies which is strongly supporting the development of new energy vehicle industry.After a period of development,H Electric Vehicle Company has achieved certain results in product development,design and production.However,there are still many problems and shortcomings in the developing,such as internal management,market promotion and market competition.In order to solve those problems and defects in the developing,it is necessary to have an in-depth analysis of H Electric Vehicle Company.Through the application of relevant theories and methods of enterprise strategic management,this thesis firstly analyzed the external and internal environment of H Electric Vehicle Company,including the company's outside macro environment,the industrial environment,the main competitors in the industry,and analyzed the various internal resources,capabilities,core competencies,value chains,strengths and weaknesses in competition,at the same time,using the IFE evaluation matrix to have a comprehensive assessment of the internal environment for H Electric Vehicle Company.Then,through the SWOT analysis of H Electric Vehicle Company,comprehensively analyzed the opportunities,advantages,threats and disadvantages related to enterprise development.The opportunities mainly including national and local policy support for the development of new energy vehicle industry,the establishment of local industrial clusters and the overall awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection in the society;its advantages are mainly reflected in the company's ability to independently research and develop independent production,strong cost control,cost-effective products,human resources and excellent performance of core components;the threats are the declining of national policy support,the government regulatory issues,and the overall development level needs to be improved in the new energy vehicle industry;its disadvantages are mainly reflected in the low visibility of the corporate brand,market limitations,product quality and internal management needs to be improved.Finally,the thesis analyzed and summarized the development strategy of H Electric Vehicle Company from three aspects: strategic positioning,strategic goal and strategic choice,then formulated relevant implementation safeguard measures for H Electric Vehicle Company,from the enterprise management,product quality,team development,marketing and other aspects,put forward relevant suggestions for the development H Electric Vehicle Company.
