Compared with the traditional cross-axle magnetic gear,the intersecting axis magnetic gear with elbow magnetizer has the advantages of high utilization ratio of permanent magnet,high output torque,high transmission efficiency and high torque density.It can be widely used in vehicle,engineering,food,medicine and other fields.This paper mainly studies the dynamics of the transmission system,which provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the structural parameters of the system.The specific research contents are as follows:The intersecting axis magnetic gear with elbow magnetizer is analyzed by Free Vibration.Maxwell electromagnetic analysis software is used to simulate and analyze the transmission system and the magnetic coupling stiffness of the transmission system is obtained.The dynamic assumption of the system is put forward,and the dynamic model and differential equations of the transmission system are established.Through MATLAB calculation,the seventh order natural frequencies and mode shapes of the transmission system are obtained and the natural frequencies in torsion direction are obviously less than those in support direction.With the increase of the mass of typical components,the corresponding modal frequency decreases;with the increase of the stiffness of typical components,the corresponding modal frequency increases.The intersecting axis magnetic gear with elbow magnetizer is analyzed by Forced Vibration.The dynamic differential equations of forced vibration are established and the forced vibration of the transmission system is analyzed in time domain.The resonance phenomena when the excitation frequencies of the rotor are close to the natural frequencies of the transmission system are analyzed by analytical method.The analytical method is verified by numerical method.When the excitation frequency is close to a certain natural frequency of the transmission system,the obvious resonance phenomenon will occur and the vibration displacement of the corresponding order components changes greatly.The vibration displacement of other components changes little.The intersecting axis magnetic gear with elbow magnetizer is analyzed by Parametric Vibration.The parametric vibration equations of the transmission system are established and the response formulas of the transmission system are deduced.The main resonance and combined resonance phenomena of the transmission system are analyzed by using the response formulas.When the excitation frequency of the transmission system is close to a certain natural frequency or combination frequency,the vibration displacement of the corresponding order components of the system is larger.The vibration displacement of other components is smaller.A modal experiment platform was built by using the intersecting axis magnetic gear with elbow magnetizer.The modal test was carried out and the first three modal frequencies of the transmission system were obtained.The results of measurement and theoretical analysis are compared and the causes of errors are analyzed.The feasibility of theoretical analysis is verified.
