The structure of intersecting Lap joint Between steel pipe has been widely applied in engineering project,such as Oil and gas pipelines,Pressure vessel and Various forms of pipe truss structure. NC intersecting line cutting device which can effectively improve the quality and production efficiency for engineering project,is the special equipment for intersecting parts cutting of the steel pipe. In order to cut the intersecting line for steel pipe accurately by the NC intersecting line cutting equipment, The first thing to do is to Extract the data which can meet the requirement of welding groove of pipe intersecting line for a variety of intersecting forms accurately and efficiently by the NC programming system of Intersecting line. When the hardware of the control system and software platforms and mechanical structure substantially the same case, the technical level of the intersecting line NC programming system determines the value of the use of the NC intersecting line cutting equipment.This paper Studied two methods of the intersecting line NC programming.That is the node parametric programming way and the programming function modules for pipe truss based on automatically loft by AutoCAD technology. This subject has launched an in-depth theoretical study of the key technologies for these tow pats,Based On this, developed a more perfect intersection Cutting CNC programming system which Integrates these two technologies, Independently.On the node parameter programming function, The main research work on this topic has been done as follows.(1) analyzes and summarizes the forms of tubular joints in practical engineering and made further expansion and induction, Based on this.Studied the way to processe complex node intersection by the simple basic node.(2) developed a Intersecting Line Modeling Method based on Space Analysis, expand the scope of the modeling node form, Deduced the mathematical model of various basic types of intersecting. Combined with the single intersection model established by this method, given out the processing method for the complex multiple intersecting node in a variety of custom overlapping sequence. (3) stadied the the calculation method for the problems which meets the requirements in a variety of welding groove and cutting path compensation based on the mathematical model by this way.(4) Finally, take the mathematical model of various intersecting nodes as the theoretical foundation,designed and developed the node parameter programming module in the Visual C++development environment.(5) Besides the Program function which cover a variety of single node type,there is also edit module for truss double end and the node module, to enhance the human-computer interaction.(6) In addition there are other auxiliary functions such as two-dimensional, three dimensional display, cutting Simulation and so on.In the automatically loft function by AutoCAD technology, The main research work on this topic has been done as follows.(1) Research the key technical problems of the automatic lofting by AutoCAD technology, expansion of lofting graph as well as pipe cutting data extraction, data optimizing nesting and other aspects involved. The corresponding solution for problems proposed on this topic.(2) Figured out the way on how to set the object coordinate system, and how to research for the intersecting data on internal and external wall on three-dimensional pipe model.(3) Combined with the intersecting line cutting technology and the three-dimensional pipe model generated by AutoCAD,the Calculation method for welding groove angle and Cutting trajectory compensation are also considered.(4) On the basis of theoretical research developed the intersecting truss tube line NC programming function of AutoCAD using ObjectARX tools.(5) In the development of the software,It will generate the3D model automatically according to the given diameter,wall thickness and other information.After the intersecting node editing it will make number for each pipe automaticly,finally,generat processing data according to the processing parameters,and plurality of processing data can be optimized and nested in accordance with the cut material undertakes,there are other auxiliary functions such as expansion the pipe intersecting line by1:Land create the drawings for pipe truss construction as while.At the end of the paper summarizes the work and the main innovation of the subject. Combined with some deficiencies of the multi-axis intersecting line NC programming system In practice, the paper Put forward some suggestion about the follow-up research work.
