Wheel loader is a typical engineering machinery product,which plays an important role in the field of engineering construction.As an important part of loader,its strength and reliability will directly affect the performance and work efficiency of the whole machine.Its a hon topic to seek lightweight design on the basis of seeking reasonable optimization design methods to ensure the safety and reliability of the working device.In this paper,the LZ500 K wheel loader is taken as the research object.Firstly,studying the basic structure and working conditions of the working device of the loader.The mechanical analysis of the external load of the working device and the components under typical working conditions is carried out to obtain the load boundary conditions for subsequent analysis.Analyzing the kinematic relationship of the six-bar mechanism with reversal of the working device,the analytic processing of the working condition parameters is realized.Secondly,the rigid-flexible coupling model of the working device is established by using the dynamic analysis software ADAMS,and the kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis of the working device is carried out to test the motion stability and working safety of the working device.By analyzing the stress curve of the hinge point of the working device to confirm the dangerous working condition of the working device.And then using the static analysis software ANSYS to establish the parameterized finite element model of the working device using the APDL language.The structural static analysis of the typical working conditions of the working device is carried out,and the stress distribution and component deformation of the working device under different working conditions are obtained.Stress testing was carried out on the working device under dangerous working conditions,and the correctness of finite element analysis was verified by the test results.Finally,the structure of the working device is improved in the area of insufficient structural strength,and the variable density method is used to optimize the topology of the boom.After optimization,the weight of the boom is reduced by 5.8%.The research content of this paper provides a reference for exploring the motioncharacteristics and structural optimization of the same type of loader working device,and it also has certain reference significance for the research of optimized design.
