Compression type garbage truck after loading is one of the most commonly used garbage transport vehicle,It has the functions of garbage collection,garbage crushing and garbage compression.Compression effect of the garbage truck is an important index to evaluate the performance of garbage truck.Increasing the compression effect of garbage trucks can improve the efficiency of garbage trucks and reduce the garbage disposal links.The compression effect of garbage truck studied in this paper is not good.And the deformation of the key components of the compressor affects the normal operation of the garbage truck.Therefore,it needs to be optimized to improve the garbage compression effect and the reliability of key structures.Compressor mechanism includes lifting plate-scraper mechanism and pusher mechanism of front box of garbage truck,In order to improve the compression effect of garbage truck,by comparing domestic and foreign garbage compression trucks of the same kind,this paper puts forward the method of changing the hydraulic system to realize the function of pushboard edge compression and retreat,so as to improve the compression effect.The design parameters of garbage truck studied in this paper are mostly based on experience design,The key parameters of garbage truck include filling angle,lift plate cylinder length,scraper cylinder length,lift plate and scraper bracket length,etc.By analyzing and evaluating the simulation models of different filling angles with multi-body dynamics software ADAMS,the most suitable compression angle is established.By establishing the mathematical model of the back-box compressor mechanism,the objective function and constraints are determined,and the genetic toolbox of the MATLAB software is used to solve the problem.Finally,several key parameters are determined.Then,the ADAMS simulation model is re-established based on the optimized key parameters,and the running smoothness curve of the back-box compressor mechanism isobtained by simulation,which verifies the optimization results theoretically.On the basis of the improved compression scheme,the scraper and pusher,which are the key components of the compressor mechanism,are analyzed by using the static simulation module of ANSYS Workbench,and the displacement distribution,stress distribution and stress concentration position are determined.Then the structure of scraper and push plate is improved to meet the normal mechanical properties.Finally,the optimization results are verified by experiments.
