With the increasing market demand of rear-loaded garbage compression truck,its research work is more and more in-depth.Among them,the development and optimization of compression device is the most important.In the past,some scholars and researchers used to simplify the garbage material into elastomer or rigid body when simulating the compression device of the rear-loaded garbage compression truck.This is far from the material property of garbage itself,so the conclusion is not accurate.In view of this situation,Duncan-Chang constitutive model theory is introduced to construct the Duncan-Chang constitutive model of domestic waste.The parameters of the constitutive model of garbage are obtained through experiments and the compression simulation of the compression device of the rear-loaded garbage compression truck is carried out on this basis,which provides a more accurate data basis for the development and optimization of the compression device of the rear-loaded garbage compression truck.This paper summarizes the work done in the process of garbage compression simulation of rear-loaded garbage compression truck.It explains in detail the derivation from the Duncan Chang constitutive model theory,the development of the test device,the garbage test and the whole process of waste compression simulation based on Duncan's constitutive model..The research contents are as follows:(1)According to the development status of the rear-loading garbage compression truck,the domestic and international development trends of the industry and the shortcomings of the design of the rear-loading garbage compression truck at the present stage,as well as the significance and necessity of the research on the garbage compressor of the rear-load garbage compression truck are analyzed.(2)The research status and derivation process of Duncan Chang's constitutive model theory are introduced in detail,and how to obtain the parameters of Duncan Chang's constitutive model of garbage through direct shear test and lateral compression test is explained.(3)This paper introduces the development process of a large-scale direct shear-lateral compression combined test instrument for domestic waste,and the test flow of direct shear test and lateral compression test for garbage.Based on the test data,the physical and mechanical parameters of garbage and the parameters of Duncan-Chang constitutive model suitable for the development of rear-loaded garbage compression truck are obtained,and some mechanical properties and fluidity laws of the garbage in the compression process are analyzed.(4)This paper introduces how to use APDL language in ANSYS to construct the macro command of Duncan Chang's constitutive model for garbage compression simulation,and the process of parametric modeling.On the basis of this,the simulation of plane and three-dimensional garbage compression is carried out,the reliability of Duncan's constitutive model macro-command is verified,and the results of finite element simulation compression simulation are analyzed,which paves the way for the optimization of the compression device of the rear-loaded compression garbage truck.(5)This paper summarizes the various links in the research process of garbage compressor mechanism of rear-loaded garbage compressor,and puts forward some shortcomings in the research process and prospects for the follow-up research work.
