As the lifeline and important hub of modern transportation network,bridge engineering is eroded by environment and harmful chemicals during its actual construction,operation and maintenance,and is influenced by external effects such as vehicle,wind,earthquake and human factors,resulting in steel bar corrosion,fatigue crack,prestress relaxation,structural inclination deformation and other damages.Meanwhile the increase of these damages will gradually aggravate,which will bring hidden danger to the bridge operation safety.Therefore,it is of great social and economic value to monitor the health of the in-service bridge structure,timely obtain the damage information of the bridge,grasp the health status of the bridge,guarantee the safe operation of the structure,improve the service life of the bridge and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.At present,the bridge health monitoring technology is developing towards automation and information.In this paper,building information modeling(BIM)technology is combined with traditional bridge health monitoring methods,and BIM Technology is used to realize the visual collaborative management of bridge monitoring data,which provides a good application platform for monitoring information and improves the interaction between BIM model and monitoring information.The main tasks are as follows:(1)Based on the comprehensive analysis of the current development status of BIM Technology and the development trend of bridge health monitoring technology,this paper explores the bridge health monitoring system architecture based on BIM Technology,and studies the implementation method of the main function interface of the system according to the actual engineering requirements of bridge health monitoring application field.(2)The monitoring information visualization method based on BIM Technology is studied,and the monitoring information visualization plug-in is designed.The main idea is monitoring information acquisition,BIM model import,monitoring information management and analysis,and sensor information management.The monitoring information is integrated into the BIM model by using C # programming language,and the development platform is the software of Revit,so as to improve the sharing and interaction ability of monitoring information.(3)This paper analyzes the requirements of monitoring information data storage and management in the process of health monitoring based on SQL Server database monitoring information storage and management methods,using C # and T-SQL statements mixed programming,according to the requirements analysis,conceptual structure design,logical structure design,physical structure design,database implementation and database operation and maintenance of six steps to design and build monitoring database,to achieve effective management of health monitoring information.(4)Using the application of Wigner Ville distribution(WVD)in structural damage identification,the monitoring data are analyzed and processed.Through the system calling the Matlab engine,the BIM system uses the MATLAB time-frequency toolbox to complete the analysis function of monitoring data.(5)A set of laboratory bridge health monitoring system model is established.Based on the scale model of long-span cable-stayed bridge,the BIM model is established and the damage experiment of cable-stayed bridge is designed for verification.By using the developed visual plug-in and data management platform,BIM model operation,data management,data analysis and other functions are realized to verify the practicability of the proposed method and program in engineering projects.
