Research On The Countermeasures For Developing The Logistics Facilities Resources Of Beijing, Tianjin And Hebei Railway

With the transformation of China's social and economic system and the slowdown of the National economic growth rate,the Beijing bureau's cargo volume and transportation revenue have declined due to the adjustment of industrial structure and the environmental governance of beijing-tianjin-hebei.In February 2014,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration" strategy.Among them,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation integration aims to use the advantages of transportation first and provide important support for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Since the reform of railway freight organization,the Beijing Bureau has implemented a large number of measures to promote the new growth point of freight transportation with logistics construction in the transition from traditional transportation enterprises to modern logistics enterprises.Great efforts have been made to study the use of railway logistics facilities resources such as railway freight yards,specialized lines,and local logistics parks to build a "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated" railway logistics ecosystem,which provides theoretical and practical values for increasing the increase of railway freight and promoting the integrated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation.Through the use of objective and scientific methods,the development of domestic and foreign railway logistics facilities is analyzed,and the use of logistics facilities resources is comprehensively analyzed in the light of the specific conditions and cases used by railway freight yards,dedicated lines,logistics parks and other freight facilities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Promote the transformation of Beijing bureau to modern logistics enterprise,develop the necessity,feasibility and applicability of new growth point.The thesis mainly studies and discusses from the following aspects:(1)Discuss the necessity of vigorously developing railway logistics facilities resources such as railway freight yards,dedicated lines,and local logistics parks.(2)Research on the logistics industry situation and the current situation of railway logistics facilities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and use SWOT analysis method to discuss the development of railway logistics facilities resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region under the conditions of national strategic opportunities and countermeasures for increasing freight transportation.(3)By studying the case of the development of railway logistics facilities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,analyzing the problems arising in the application process,discussing the problems faced in the future,and studying and proposing solutions.
