After the 18 th National Congress,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy has become a major development strategy of the country.It has focused on resolving the functions of Beijing's non-capital capital,improving the adjustment of regional economic structure and spatial layout,promoting regional coordinated development,and building a world-class metropolitan area.Urban agglomerations form new functions of economic development and new highlands,and transportation integration has become an important support for synergistic strategies.The introduction of relevant strategic documents such as the “Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development Plan” and the “Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development Transportation Integration Plan” have all made new developments in the macro-development environment such as functional orientation,spatial pattern and industrial layout in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The deployment and requirements,the regional integrated logistics network space layout and the integrated cargo transportation system will also change and face reshaping.In this context,this paper studies the collaborative development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei railway logistics network and lays a foundation for the sustainable development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional railway logistics network.Based on the research on the synergistic development of logistics network system by domestic and foreign scholars,this paper first uses system theory and synergy combined with logistics network theory and regional economic theory to determine the connotation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei railway logistics network system,from railway logistics network infrastructure.And the network accessibility describes the development status of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei railway logistics network;secondly,the logistics network is composed of nodes and connections,combined with the collaborative development evaluation model,within the logistics network subsystem of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei railway The logistics channel and node index evaluation system were constructed,and then the level of development of the synergy was evaluated.Once the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei railway logistics network system was on the verge of being out of tune,the mechanism of coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei railway logistics network system was analyzed.Based on the perspective of industrial transfer,this paper analyzes the coordinated development status of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei railway logistics network,and uses the location entropy and the industrial gradient coefficient to evaluate the industrial development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and the Kringing interpolation function in the ArcGis spatial analysis module.Based on this,use this function for the current Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei The railway freight station existing in the region,the network accessibility of the railways in 2017 and the industrial gradient coefficient were analyzed from a spatial perspective,and the main influencing factors of the railway logistics network system coordination in the region were obtained.Finally Using the gray system GM(1,1)forecasting model to predict and evaluate the coordinated development level of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei railway logistics network system in the next five years(2019-2023)under two assumptions,based on the above research on Beijing-Tianjin Relevant suggestions were put forward for the coordinated development of the railway logistics network system.
